In June 2001,the Ministry of Education issued a "Basic Education Curriculum Reform(trial implementation)",which set out the concept of the "three-level course".The school-based curriculum has become an important supplement to the national curriculum.Through the random sampling of six classes in YanTai No.1 Middle School,Most of the students are looking forward to the school-based courses and are interested in experimental technical skills and Marine biology,They tend to learn by self-exploration and hope to acquire new knowledge through practical activities.According to the literature investigation, there are many theories about school-based curriculum development, but there are few practical cases of school-based curriculum development. This research expounds the background and significance of the research subject through the literature research method, clarifies the domestic and foreign research present situation of the school-based curriculum development,in the case design stage, through the questionnaire investigation, understands the student to the school-based curriculum needs,Combining with the characteristics of biology itself, this paper takes "marine life" as the research theme of school-based curriculum, and analyzes the related content of "marine biology" in biology teaching material, finally divides the goal of marine life school-based curriculum into three parts:(1).Understanding the living things in the ocean: Shell specimen preparation, survey of algae in YanTai seashore, observation of algal area(2).The structural levels of organisms: observation of behavior of hermit crab, observation and comparison of different algae plants, feeding of bivalve shellfish, observation of respiratory behavior of barnacle population density in intertidal zone of seashore(3).Biological and marine environmental protection:Observation of submerged sediment behavior of bivalve shellfish, influence of salinity on behavior of Ruditapes philippinarum, preparation of Aquatic Ecological bottleIn the implementation stage of the school-based curriculum in marine life, using the methods of observation scale, student self-evaluation and teacher evaluation, thispaper analyzes the changes of studentsundefined learning attitude, inquiry ability and knowledge acquisition before and after the implementation of the school-based curriculum. With the implementation of the school-based curriculum in marine biology, the number of students interested in "marine life" was significantly increased, and the number of students who were willing to search the biological information they needed on the Internet was significantly increased, and the classroom atmosphere was more active. Most students can clearly feel their progress, and are willing to think independently to solve problems,a few students do not feel that they have improved..According to the analysis of the data, the school-based curriculum of marine biology improves the studentsundefined interest in learning to a certain extent and brings the studentsundefined subjective initiative into play. From the view of the effect of curriculum implementation and evaluation, the set curriculum goal has been completed and the expected teaching effect has been achieved.
