| This paper uses literature method,survey method,investigation method,case analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods method,video observation method,with short distance cyclists in Shandong Province as the research object,research during the winter training arrangement characteristics,research results are as follows,1 Decides the riding speed short distance cycling is the main power quality,speed quality,endurance quality,excellent cycling athletes should be three sets of organic quality,endurance quality,high strength and endurance and speed and improve the ability to maintain control is the key elements of short distance track cycling speed of development.2 In Shandong province from October 2015 to April 2016 a short distance cycling winter training is divided into four stages for 28 weeks,that is the winter preparation stage(1-7 weeks),the phase of ascension winter(8-14 weeks),the winter maintenance period(15-21 weeks)and the pre preparation stage(22-28 weeks).3 The arrangement of training contents has the characteristics of periodic optimization,short distance cycling training arrangement on a periodic cycle,but in different stages of the training content when the number of the proportion of different arrangements,training tactics to total time is the highest for the winter training period,the total time than the highest fitness for the winter training period for upgrading the whole winter training course arrangement and content of the weekly training course arrangement ways for the optimization and adjustment of the cycle.4 The training method has the characteristics of selective equilibrium,winter preparation stage mainly in general fitness training and basic technical training,to restore the physical and energy reserves for the athletes made adequate preparations;winter training phase of ascension of the special quality training and tactical training for the LORD;winter training stage is mainly to strengthen and maintain the weak links of different key technologies at the same time to strengthen the training of athletes,sports injury prevention to strengthen monitoring of the athletes training process;pre-season training mainly to simulate the entry form,to adjust the athletes’ physical and mental state as the focus of inspection during the winter training effect.5 The training load arrangement has the characteristics of moderate control,exercise capacity in various stages of development for different athletes with different training load,respectively,the large number of small strength load;large,medium intensity load;medium measurement,high intensity,large amount of load;load.During the winter training is not only conducive to sports performance and sports ability on the growth of suitable load control,more conducive to the recovery of the athletes’ training and timely feedback,do injury early prevention,early detection and early treatment.6 The characteristics of cooperative development in training management,the actual situation of Shandong province for short distance cycling during the winter training to go out,put forward higher requirements on the coordinated development of the coaches and athletes,scientific research and management personnel and logistics personnel in all aspects of the winter training period,carry out their duties,and constantly seek the coordinated development of all aspects of sports teams the.7 Short distance cycling in different types of games,such as sprint,Keirin race focused more confrontational and team racing game of unity and cooperation,good regulation of physical reserves,athlete’s tactics and psychological state of play is particularly critical,Shandong province short leave bike during the winter training arrangement to test a series of winter training athletes the reasonable arrangement and training effect through the game. |
