A Research On The “Combination Of Working And Learning”Model Of Talent In Private Higher Vocational School

At present, China’s economy is under the critical period of transforming, upgrading and building an innovative one. To meet the talents demands of enterprises, the higher vocational schools, including private higher vocational schools, adopt “combination of working and learning” model of talent to promote the school-enterprise cooperation and develop students’ professional skills. College A, in Kunshan, Suzhou, adopting the training model, has encountered some problem while achieving some success.Based on the introduction of the study on the “combination of working and learning” model of talent at home and abroad, the paper presents its idea, explores its benefits, analyses the current situation in developed countries and its inspiration to us.Taking College A as an example, by presenting and analyzing its current situation, the paper comes up with some suggestions on how to improve this training model.
