Purposes: By TRX physical trainer of the suspension rope training and functional training list in a gym membership private education course before and after tests, this paper provides basic data to understand TRX physical training device effect change and acceptance. This study is very necessary that can improve mass fitness classes arrangement diversity, improve the overall service quality, increase the training level,awareness of membership, also,can further play a role in promoting the development of mass fitness club.Methods: By literature, expert interview, experimental and mathematical statistics method, 30 members are randomly divided into the control group(n=15) and experimental group(n=15) from Jiu Jia Jiu club and Ming Hong club in Kunming city,who are belong to private membership. According to the experimental arrangement, the control group applies only routine training. In addition to the conventional training, the experimental group Change the strength training to TRX physical training(total 12 weeks). Both subjective factors and stable staff are stable.Change the strength training toResults: After 12 weeks of training, body composition, circumference, muscular endurance,muscle strength are similar with routine training control group(p>0.05).Combined with TRX physical training group of the static dynamic balance, core stability ability and core area stability strength endurance improved significantly compared to control group. And to a certain extent, TRX physical training reduces differences between men and women.Conclusion: TRX fitness trainer used in gym membership private lessons is feasible and effective. TRX physical training has a very strong role and practical application to improve the static balance of the membership, dynamic balance, core stability ability and core stability strength. And we should to pay more attention to gender differences in some indexes.
