“The rule of law flourishes and China prospers,the country is in rule of law order as long as the adolescents obey the law.” The authority of the law is derived from the people's inner support and sincere faith,if we compared rule of law to towering tree,the task of education of rule of law is that solid foundation of the tree,namely,high belief in the rule of law,should be tied tightly in the heart of the citizen at the present stage,.it needs more education workers to spare no efforts for this goal.The" rule of law" has become a "bright word" at present,a word of the cross from "system" to "rule" reflects the leap of concept of the rule of law education.Confucius once said,"if a child get in a nature,it grow up to a habite.”The fundamental project of building socialist rule of law country needs contemporary middle school students' education of consciousness of rule of law.”Deep well begins with shallow pit.” Teenagers are in a critical period of forming values,rule of law as core of socialist core values,to the goal of the rule of law education that consciously abide by the law,conside law when entcountering some things and solve problem interflow students' hearts and rise to the thought,behavior and values,we cannot ignore the junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson as the main position and the cradle of the the rule of law education.On macroscopical,in process of junior middle school the Ideological and Ethical Education lesson,it has the top design and system institutional constraints of the education departments at various levels,from the micro aspects,teaching elements are not all isolated part and schools,teachers,textbooks,students,family and society is an organic integration of body that plays a role in effective force in the process of teaching.Based on this,the author carried out out the research of the rule of law education of the junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson focusly on research thought of breaking up the whole into parts.Thesis mainly used the literature research method,questionnaire investigation method and interviewing method.The first chapter decribes theory analysis of the rule of law education of the junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson.Firstly focusing on clarifying the theory of the rule of law,the rule of law education,dialectically analyzing the difference between the rule of law and legal system and link;Secondly explains the meaning of the rule of law of junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson,one hand,that is to cultivate and practice the inner requirement of socialist core values;the other hand,junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson is an important way of promoting the development of junior high school students' consciousness of rule of law enlightenment.Lastly,descries the principle of rule of law education: positive education,rational cognition,Life wizard,ability priority.The second chapter mainly elaborates present situation of the rule of law education of some junior middle schools in Shen Xian through interview and questionnaire.The third chapter mainly summarize the problems of the rule of law education,according to the analysis of present situation of the rule of law education status quo in some junior middle school and analyze the cause.The fourth chapter put forward the promotion strategy of rule of law education in some junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education lesson in Shen Xian.
