The Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral wrote a poem: "many things we need to wait,but children can not wait.Their bones are forming,the blood is growing,for the children,we can't say tomorrow,his name is today." Similarly,for middle school students crime,we can not wait,or will pay a heavy price.It is urgent to strengthen the rule of law education for middle school students,to improve the awareness of the rule of law,to prevent middle school students from crimes.The ideological and political course in middle school is the main position of the rule of law education for middle school students,which has incomparable unique value.But in real life,the function of the rule of law in middle school ideological and political education has not been well developed,there are still many deficiencies.These factors include the following aspects: first,lack of rule of law school education on middle school ideological and political education function understanding;second,teaching in Ideological and political course of the rule of law education can not meet the actual demand;third,the legal quality of Ideological and political lesson of middle school teachers,uneven single teaching method;fourth,the evaluation system of middle school the ideological and political course of law education in backward effect.All these problems need us to face up to.How to strengthen the education of law and politics in middle school? How to effectively enhance the effectiveness of the rule of law education,improve the concept of the rule of law of middle school students,to reduce secondary school students crime?In this paper,through the macro strategy and specific path of the two aspects of the ideological and political education in secondary schools to strengthen the rule of law education methods and means.The macro strategy mainly includes the school should fully understand the ideological and political course in Middle School of law education,create a good environment of rule of law education;revised top-down politics teaching materials,adjusting legal education content;improve the training system of teachers of Ideological and political course in middle school,improve the comprehensive quality of Teachers;to improve the rule of law education of Ideological and political course in middle school evaluation system etc.;The specific path mainly refers to the ideological and political teachers in middle school will rule of law education into every teaching link,starting from the preparation,teaching,classroom summary,homework,feedback,the implementation of overall and effective control of the whole process of education law.Through the above efforts,in order to achieve the goal of improving the awareness of the law of middle school students,preventing and reducing crimes.
