| At the fourth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it was pointed out that it is necessary to constantly promote the process of governing the country according to law,carry out comprehensive propaganda and education on the rule of law,and integrate the education of the rule of law with the national education system and the establishment of spiritual civilization to build a socialist country ruled by law.Teenagers are the future of the country,so the theory and practical process of rule of law education for socialist successors,that is,youth groups,is of great practical significance.The content of rule of law education in the textbook of morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school is based on the constitution,and the students can form a certain concept of the rule of law from the constitutional education.The content of rule of law education in the textbook integrates a number of laws and regulations,mainly through the combination of graphics and text with thinking questions,related cases,related links and so on.The content of rule of law education in the ideological and political textbook of senior high school is mainly included in the two textbooks of "economic life" and "political life".The laws involved are mainly constitutional,supplemented by criminal law,administrative law and electoral law.Laws such as the Organic Law of the people’s Congress,the Law on Regional National Autonomy and International Law Provisions.The main ways of presentation of the content of rule of law education are cases,stories,lenses and situational descriptions,pictures,photos,thematic activities and other forms.Through the empirical investigation of the combination of questionnaire and interview in a middle school in Yueyang City,it is found that the middle school rule of law education has made some achievements in the educational content under the function of the current ideological and political teaching materials in middle school,such as strengthening the students’ learning method at the micro level.Usage,the concept of abiding by the law;Promote the management of schools according to law,macro-construction of family style,social rule of law.However,there are still many shortcomings,such as the lack of change in the content of rule of law education in the ideological and political textbooks of middle schools,which does not match the needs of young people in the new era,and the lack of organic integration of a wide range of content of the rule oflaw.The content of rule of law education in middle school is not combined with other subject fields;law Governance education,family education and social education are out of touch.Perfecting the content of rule of law education in the teaching materials of ideological and political course in middle school is mainly carried out from the following aspects: according to the actual situation of the students,tailor their clothes according to the students’ reality;make use of the existing legal provisions to integrate the teaching material resources;optimize the content of the teaching materials and improve the situation;Promote teachers’ professional knowledge of the rule of law,establish teachers’ professional training mechanism,pay attention to quality education,bring into the social multi-subject,establish a comprehensive evaluation mechanism. |
