China's economic and social development of the high level of skilled talent demand is growing,but the country is extremely short of skilled personnel,triggering the whole society attaches great importance.Higher vocational colleges bear the important responsibility of cultivating middle and high level skilled talents in our country,and put forward higher and more comprehensive requirements for teachers' teaching level and comprehensive quality.China's vocational colleges are aware of the need for human resource management,personnel management reform,the introduction of teacher performance management,and achieved some success,but also there are some problems.Based on the research on the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper makes an empirical study on the performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,this paper puts forward the existing problems in the performance management of teachers in Y vocational colleges Problem and analyze its causes.Through the construction of the performance management system of Y vocational colleges,the following conclusions are drawn: Y is not enough teachers to participate in the development of teachers' performance plan,and the content of performance plan is not democratic and comprehensive.Teachers' performance management is largely equivalent In the performance appraisal,and the way and method of performance appraisal is unreasonable;teachers' performance appraisal index system is unreasonable,for teachers of different professional assessment indicators single;teacher performance evaluation results are poor feedback;teacher performance results unreasonable,incentive effect is not obvious The According to the actual situation of Y vocational college,the teacher performance management system is redesigned from the whole process of teacher performance planning,performance implementation,performance feedback and performance result application to realize the performance management of teachers,promote the comprehensive development of teachers and schools Sustainable development.In the future implementation of teacher performance management,Y vocational college leadership to strengthen the importance of teacher performance management,improve management personnel to improve performance management skills,more attention to teacher performance management,to strengthen communication with the front-line teachers and get along,In the performance management work encountered a bottleneck when calm,calm to solve the problem;the introduction of supervision mechanism for the Y vocational college teachers performance management for effective supervision and control;teacher performance management of each link should try to communicate with teachers in two directions;Y vocational college teacher performance appraisal should not focus on the end of the semester,but should pay attention to the usual performanceappraisal process;the establishment of teachers performance appraisal results of the complaint channels.
