Nowadays,the health services are flourishing with the completion of the 12 th Five-Year Plan of China,the in-depth development of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and the aggravating aged tendency of population.Nurses in the medical and health talent team are of absolute necessity and importance.Nursing service as a significant component of the medical and health services is count for the guarantee of the stability of the medical and health works.The people's demand for medical and health services has grown evidently and the requirement for the professional quality of nurses has increased unceasingly.The nursing education of technical secondary and tertiary schools has been marginalized gradually,while the postgraduate education of nursing of a higher level has become the main force of high-quality nursing talents cultivation.At the same time,various higher education institutes and universities of traditional Chinese medicine has competitively launched their nursing programs for postgraduate studies.But some issues like the inferior in social position,high-intensity but low-paid work,and frequent patients-nurse conflict might bring negative impact for the studies and the future career choice for the nursing students.To ensure the nursing students love their professions and be faithful to their occupations,the professional adversity quotient quality cultivation of the nursing students shall be emphasized.Referring to the Chinese and overseas research achievements on the adversity quotient matters about the professional quality of the nursing students,firstly,the fundamental connotation of the professional quality of the postgraduate nursing students at Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the professional adversity quotient quality of nursing was determined,the professional characteristics of the nursing students at the universities of traditional Chinese medicine was illustrated,the adversities faced by nursing students at the universities of traditional Chinese medicine was detailed and the particular importance of the adversity quotient for the professional quality of the nursing students at universities of traditional Chinese medicine were highlighted;secondly,the basis for problem resolving strategy proposing would be built by seeking for the interior relationship between the nursing student professional adversity quotient quality cultivation and issues like individual differences,college training,family education and social environment through empirical researches on Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;lastly,the specific path of the professional adversity quotient quality of the nursing students at universities of traditional Chinese medicine were pointed out under the guidance of the Marxist human nature theory,the Marxism individual comprehensive development theory,the Marxist materialist dialectics thought,the spirit of the general secretary Xi's speech and the Marxist ideological and political education related theories: lead the nursing student professional adversity quotient quality cultivation with scientific educating ideas,complete and enrich the whole-process ideological and political work at the universities of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of the stuffs of the universities of traditional Chinese medicine,build a linkage system between the university and the family,and optimize the social environment.This study hopes to provide referable value from aspects of theory and practice for researches on the exploration for path of the professional adversity quotient quality of the nursing students at universities of traditional Chinese medicine and the building of a complete system of ideological and political education at universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
