As the Communist Party of China proposed,taking high moral value establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education",schools must adhere to the moral education first,promote the all-round development of the students,adhere to cultivating students' healthy personality.These tasks depend on a high moral,a high level of class supervisors.Especially for the students of higher grades in the elementary school,the level of leadership,the improvement of teaching quality of school education and a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,the role of class supervisor is more important than ever before.At present,some scholars and experts have begun researches on leadership of school head masters and teachers.But on leadership of class supervisor in primary school,especially in higher grades,it remains to explore more.In the paper,the writer selects three different schools from one district in Shenzhen as research.The writer also interviews with school teachers and students as samples and works as a teacher in charge in the process of the routine work of status as a case.From the perspective of education management,the author tries to explore the connotation,characteristics and influential factors of class supervisor's leadership in primary school.In order to promote elementary school class supervisor's leadership the writer gives out suggestions and solutions to promote individual professional development of class supervisor,promote the harmonious development of students and improve class management performance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction.It states the topic basis selected by the paper systematically.Moreover,it also begins with the research of the current situation of class supervisor leadership from scholars at home and abroad in education.The purpose of it is to search research ideas and clarify the purpose and significance.In the second part,it mainly introduces the definition of elementary school higher grades,class supervisor and leadership.It also presents the characteristics of class supervisor leadership of higher grades in elementary school and its influential factors.In the third part,taking the elementary school higher grades students and teachers as the research objects,through questionnaire,interview,in the form of the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods,which analyzes the current situation and existing problems of leadership of the higher grade teachers in the elementary school.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the status and the existing problems,it aims to reveal the essence and the universal existence problems through the local phenomena.Through the study on school management,the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between colleagues and so on,the writer puts forward four important suggestions.No.1: the competence of class supervisor is the core factor in promoting class supervisors' leadership of higher grades in primary school.No.2: school management is the key factor to improving class supervisors' teacher leadership of higher grades in primary school.No.3: the cooperation between colleagues is the supplement to improving class supervisors' leadership of higher grades in primary school.No.4: a harmonious relationship between teachers and students will boost class supervisors' leadership of higher grades in primary school.in order to help the teacher in charge to improve daily management level and management performance,All the above aims to improve the class supervisor's management in primary school and promote the construction of a harmonious,orderly and healthy learning environment atmosphere.
