At present, China is accelerating the popularization of higher education. With the scale enlargement of College students, many hot issues have become the social concerns. Such as: how to guarantee the quality of education, how to innovate the system of education and management, how to cultivate high-quality talents, etc. When we facing new circumstances, under the system of university class supervisors, the superficiality and simplification of students' education and management gradually reveals, which seriously prevents the development of higher education. In order to avoid these problems, some universities are exploring the new ways of talents' cultivation, such as tutor system. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make deep inquiry and research on a series of problems. Such as: What are the present conditions of university class supervisors and whether it is necessary to transform? Is it feasible to transform from class supervisor system into tutor system? How to construct the tutor system of undergraduate students?Through the methods of questionnaire and case interview, the author has investigated and analyzed different samples from J university, and finally points out the methods of constructing the tutor system .The thesis mainly includes:First, by describing the present situations of class supervisor system in J university, the author discloses the main problems such as the team of class supervisor move very much quickly, be tired with their occupation and be short of an excitation.Second, according to the induction of educational psychology theory and management science, the author has revealed the limitations of class supervisor system, expounded certainty and possibility of transforming class supervisor system into the tutor system.Third, according to the description and analysis of the tutor system home and abroad, the author reveals background of transforming undergraduate class teacher system to tutorial, points out the problem remaining to be solved in putting process into practice.Fourth, it is a systematic project to transform from undergraduate students' class supervisor system into the tutor system. We must care for every link to construct the whole tutor system . That is to say, to match reasonably between the tutor and the students, to clarify the tutor's duty, to satisfy the students' individual educational need, and to motivate the tutor's working enthusiasm. Through the research on the transformation from undergraduate students' class supervisor system into the tutor system, we can deepen the understanding of undergraduate students' education, stimulate the students' potential capabilities, improve the teachers' abilities of scientific research, create a democratic, scientific, harmonious and autonomic campus spirit, and more importantly, provide the theoretical and practical foundations for colleges and universities creating new models of talents' cultivation.
