The modern open society,the exchange of the spirit of the times reflected in the field of education is the dialogue teaching.Primary school as the first stage of language development,the "dialogue" teaching significance is particularly highlighted.But in the process of carrying out practical teaching,primary school classroom teacher-student dialogue is often in an unbalanced state,and the imbalance of primary school high section is particularly prominent."Monologue" and light "resonance";the text dialogue,light emotional dialogue;dialogue results,light heavy surface process dialogue;dialogue,dialogue between teachers and students in the classroom mode light depth dialogue complete departure from the essential meaning of words,resulting in low efficiency of classroom teaching primary school high section,seriously hindered the students the development of primary school teachers and students of high classroom dialogue imbalance problems to be solved.This research uses the literature method,survey method,observation method,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research results,take a random sampling of four primary school in Zibo,Shandong Province of the four,the fifth grade students conducted a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with students and teachers,through research field,present situation and reason the problem of high grade primary school teachers and students dialogue imbalance in classroom teaching.The survey results show that widespread imbalance of dialogue between teachers and students in the classroom teaching of primary school high section,mainly the following eight aspects: teachers dialogue consciousness,teacher dialogue concept fuzzy,teacher dialogue monopoly significantly,the scope of deviation of the dialogue between teachers and students,teachers and students dialogue stylization and false praise outstanding,words of encouragement and limited generalization the dialogue between teachers and students,the content is lack of humanistic care,students participate in the dialogue between teachers and students enthusiasm is not high.The factors causing high primary school teachers and students classroom dialogue imbalance are complex,based on the imbalance situation,from the teachers,students,classroom environment and classroom atmosphere,based on multiple dimensions of class size,explore the cause of this problem,and puts forward some effective strategies to solve the problem of imbalance in the dialogue between teachers and students in the classroom teaching of primary school high section the balance between teachers and students: first,the right to speak,to provide platform for dialogue between teachers and students;secondly,reveal the nature of the classroom dialogue,build emotional bridge between teachers and students;thirdly,optimize students' learning consciousness,actively participate in the dialogue;then,strengthen the training of teachers,improve teachers' literacy;finally,strengthen supervision,improve the class size is too large.
