The Studies On System Of Class Supervisor In Chinese High School

Class supervisor is a director to the students. His work means not only a teacher but also a guide of students' life career. But there exist a lot of problems in class supervisors' work in Chinese school, especially in high school. These problems are partly due to class supervisors themselves, but most partly due to the imperfect system of Chinese class supervisor.This essay focuses on studies on the work and the system of class supervisors. The author investigates working situations of class supervisors in many high schools in Hangzhou. After finding out problems , She then studies coherence between existing problems and the existing systems. She further puts forward the suggestions and strategies to improve the working systems of class supervisors in high school.This essay consists of five parts. In introduction part, the author briefly introduces the background to her study and defines some chief concepts. Chapter One reviews the history of the class supervisors in china. It also discusses on the position and factions of class supervisors nowadays. In Chapter Two, an empirical report on current working situation of class supervisors illustrates the three chief existing problems and fives reasons to these problems. In Chapter Three the discussion turns to the analysis on the existing problems and the existing system through the design of the system, rewards, valuation and training. Chapter Four puts forward four strategic suggestions to improve the current system of class supervisor in high school, including designing reasonable system of class supervisor, reforming the valuation mechanism , innovating the training mode and making perfect self-developing system of class supervisors. The last one is the conclusion of the whole paper.
