It is an inevitable measure and top priority to establish the effective classroom and improve classroom teaching in the process of deepening comprehensive reform and course reform of education in China.Whether classroom teaching is efficient not only is the embodiment of teachers' professional quality,but also affects learning effects of students.Teachers dominate classroom teaching and their teaching behaviors play a vital role on class teaching in ideology and politics in high schools.It not only affects students' acceptance for knowledge instruction,but also has an important role on their moral education.With the teaching behaviors of teachers who teach a political education course in high schools as the research objects,the author explores the relationship between teachers' teaching behaviors and classroom efficiency,aims to in-depth causes for affecting classroom efficiency of the political education course in high schools,and further improves reality of classroom efficiency,so as to better adapt to the times and development demands of students.Through relevant theoretical knowledge and analysis methods,such as literature analysis,questionnaire and multi-disciplinary comprehensive study,the author focuses on teaching behavior status of teachers who teach a political education course in high schools,influences on classroom efficiency,influences on mental growth of students,and how to optimize and improve teaching behaviors of teachers.The author draws a conclusion that teaching behaviors of teachers are the direct factor affecting classroom efficiency.By studying data from the questionnaire and combining with studies on effective teaching from domestic and overseas scholars,the author proposes some feasible suggestion on transforming teaching behaviors of teachers and improving effective teaching.The innovation is shown as follows: The author improves the traditional definition of the teacher-student relationship suitably,considers all kinds of elements,especially for influences of teacher-student relationship particularity on improvement of classroom efficiency and applies the questionnaire and classroom observation to summarize influences of teaching behaviors of teachers on classroom efficiency.These data are fit for teaching practice and are feasible to improve teaching behaviors of teachers.The author hopes to explore the effective classroom of ideology and politics in high schools.
