Teachers'instruction is a kind of language that is used to explain teaching content, manage classroom activities and regulate classroom order. In Chinese modern traditional teaching model, teachers control the whole class entirely and take up a lot of time. At the same time, teachers'instruction is one of the important parts in the teachers'talks. So we can see the importance of teachers'instruction. It can influence the advance of classroom activities and achievement of teaching task. At the same time, it is also an important factor influencing teachers'teaching efficiency. Teachers apply instructions to adjust students'speech and physical actions in classroom so that teachers can achieve teaching tasks and improve teaching efficiency successfully. If you want teachers'instruction to play its role, on the one hand, teachers should regulate their own teaching language and improve the quality of language; on the other hand, teachers should make their own instructions become a kind of language for students to understand. In the process, students can improve the ability of learning the language step by step.The paper applies Feuerstein's Mediation Theory, Krashen's Input Hypothesis and Austin's Speech Act Theory to do the analytical research about two senior middle schools. The research methods include classroom observation, questionnaire and interview. The paper gets the following findings: teachers'instructions use vocabularies, phrases and sentences as the main expressional ways; the research reveals the differences between the effective teachers'instructions and ineffective teachers'instructions; the paper finds a few expressions of the ineffective teachers'instructions.According to the research about the three aspects of English teachers'instructions of senior middle schools, the paper gives some constructive suggestions towards the ineffective teachers'instructions. The author believe that in the teaching process, teaching task requires teachers to use various methods to improve teachers'instructions. Meanwhile, teachers should avoid the complex and ineffective sentences. The new forms of language and the simple content are teachers'pursuit.
