As the change of new curriculum reform,school children’s art education teaching thoughts and teaching methods constantly changing,the tool theory of education thought and the development of the children’s art education outside the correspondency of there are a lot of,this thesis by tool theory on education thought,in urumqi area outside the children’s art education as samples,to try to instrumental education ideas to do in-depth research and exploring tool theory education thoughts and what are the content,the teaching theory in the fine arts education in today’s school children what is the value,through the understanding of the theory of tools,learning,analysis and reasoning,to increase the guiding ideology of school children’s art education.This paper from the theory of education thought in the application and practice of school children’s art education,to demonstrate instrumental education thought in the urumqi area outside the children’s art education practice advantages and disadvantages of the application process,and then summarizes reflection of school children’s art education research conclusion and suggestion,in order to promote the development of school children’s fine arts education in the urumqi.
