Multi-media teaching is increasingly adopted by more and more schools with the development of IT. To meet this overwhelming demand, a lot of new products of CAI have been developing and supplying. Yet puzzlingly most of them weren't sold out. Is it surplus? Through the investigation of some schools and teachers, it was found that the teachers frequently complained about the lack of useful resources and they really demand good products. The study of these factors, which course the conundrum between the supply and demand, is obviously a very important issue.This paper is based on the theory of communication and diffusion of innovation, which has been widely researched abroad, such as in agriculture, construction and health care. In our country, the practice of diffusion of innovation mainly focuses on technological aspects. And in the field of education, diffusion of innovation just stays in the theoretical level. This study is to investigate and research the promotion and application of educational resources from a perspective of developers on the basis of the researches home and abroad.Our study implemented a survey as the main method of investigation and research, and mainly focused on the questionnaire and the design of the indicator system.First, in ChapterⅠ, the author mainly told us the background, the need, feasibility and significance of this issue. Then I summarized the status of Chinese and foreign research and proposed the task and method used in this research.Second, in ChapterⅡ, the author introduces us the theoretical basis of this topic. In this chapter, diffusion of innovation and communication theory, as the basis of this topic, is briefly studied, and the meaning of the Education Resources is also introduced.Third, in ChapterⅢ,the author mainly analyzes and summarizes the factors that affected the educational resources. In this chapter, I introduce some links of the design of the questionnaire, and analyzes the data that recovered by the questionnaires. On the basis of quantities of the literature, some factors were found and a relatively imperfect indicator system was established. In order to perfect it, I inquired it of experts of educational technology and enterprise by questionnaires and interviews, as the basis of the design of the questionnaire. And then tested the questionnaire, and modified it by communicating with the tested objects and dealing with the recycled data such as the project distinction and reliability. Then discharging and recycling it, in order to determine the structural factors, I used factor analysis method to analyze the result and extract five factors, namely resources itself factor, research and development expenses and markets factor, sales factor, management and equipment factor and internal structure of enterprises factor. Then through Cluster Analysis method, the reasonableness of the factors was verified. Then the internal consistency of each factor and overall reliability of survey was tested and the overallαcoefficient reached 0.855. And each factor'sαcoefficient among 0.769 ~ 0.818, although two of the coefficients are less than 0.8, overall, the homogeneity of reliability of this questionnaire is relatively ideal.In ChapterⅣ, the paper focuses on the measurement tool used in this research. In this chapter, we are to develop measurement tools - Index System. After many times'tested and analyzed, the ultimate indicator system was finally determined, and then the reliability and validity of it was identified. In order to study the weight of each factor contributes to the promotion of education resources, we ask experts to mark it responding to the importance of the points among the various factors. According to the results of points, based on the principle of hierarchical analysis methods, we use Yaahp software to determine the weights value of each factor, to form a final target system.Finally, in Chapter V, it was a summary and discussion. In this study, I summary the inadequate in the process of it, recommend and forecast the future study in the end. Based on the results of questionnaires and indicator system, I analyzed and summarized the problems of educational resources and products, and proposed a number of strategies and suggestions. Finally, in the article I also put forward my own proposals on the innovation of educational technology products .
