Background:The phenomenon that sports injuries in campus for students are common affect the quality of campus life,the main reason is functional limitations caused by the shortage in physical quality,unbalanced development,the lack of sports skills,long-term unreasonable and single limited technical movement.Physical functional training concept is effective in preventing damage to improve the functional limitations,but the method is specific and personalized,not be able to be efficient and spontaneous for the college students who are in the absence of professional knowledge and professional guidance applications.Purpose: The trait and design of health qigong for training has consisted with the concept of physical functional training,and has high universality,but the application effect should be tested by a empirical method.Functional Movement Screen(FMS)has been widely used at inland and abroad and has high reliability and validity in risk evaluation of movement function and assessment for sports injury.After practicing yi jin jing,using the FMS to assess the improvements of limited movement function for college students.According to characteristics of yi jin jing to guide the daily exercise concept for college students and the public people,and to provide the new idea and method for fields of modern sports injury prevention and rehabilitation training and functional training system.Subjects and Methods: This research has used the way by browsing literature,expert interview,experiment research methods,and this research has used the way by browsing literature,expert interview,experiment research methods,and took the Beijing Sport University discipline class 83 students(not sport-specific)as study test object,utilized the health qigong yi jin jing as practice achievement method.Before the trial,screened out 31 students as experimental subject who got the evaluation of 1 goal in consequence of serious asymmetry or restricted conditions in Functional Movement Screen,according to whether them can fully participate in the exercise intervention,divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were involved in 12 weeks of health qigong yi jin jing practice achievement method,the control group is without special intervention,then the two groups all were tested by Functional Movement Screen again.Finally counting and analyzing the changes and differences of serious asymmetry or restricted conditions before and after the experiment in Functional Movement Screen for the two groups.Results: There has been close to forty percent of the tested students who had limited physical function.Among them,the limitations of functional stability and functional movement pattern are universal.After practicing yi jin jing for 12 weeks,improvement effect to the overall level of FMS test and functional stability,functional movement pattern for the experimental group students,compared to the control group,have significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion: For the background of no sports training and special sports,functional flexibility for college students has been well enough.because of the lack of exercise and weak foundation,the operation level functional stability and functional movement pattern of operation level is poor.Practicing yi jin jing for 12 weeks,can effectively improve limitation of functional movement,especially can effectively improve functional stability and further can improve the level of functional movement pattern.Compared to the more specialized,personalized,body physical functional training method,health qigong yijinjig that has the trait of universality and maturity,as the China traditional sports health preservation methods,can effectively prevent sports injury and improve the limitation of founction,and can be and can be widely and spontaneously used in people without professional background knowledge.
