With the development of quality education and the promulgation of "Geography'Curriculum Standard(Experimental Draft)",geography practical activities has played an important role in the cultivation of the geography subject with its unique educational function,which can realize "learning the useful geography" and " Learning the useful geography for lifelong development "the two basic concepts,while allowing students to form the habit of self-learning,but also help teachers to form an open classroom concept.In April 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the " Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of enhancing morality and fostering talents"(hereinafter referred to as "enhance morality and foster talents" document),which clearly pointed out that "focus on the development of key competences System of students"' The goal of geography subject teaching is "cultivate the basic core disciplines of geography",that is,the cultivation of geographical key competences is the key to the goal of geography curriculum.It provides a new guide for the implementation of geography practical activities,which is the effect of the implementation of geographical practice should aim at cultivating geographical key competences,and geographical key competences can provide a basis for the design of geographical practice.In this context,this paper uses questionnaire method,interview method and classroom observation method to explore the composition of geographical key competences and its relationship with geographical practice,investigate the status of them.This paper systematically discusses the design principles,design procedures and precautions of geography practice activities.On this basis,we design the typical geographical practice activities cases with the training of geographical key competences the training objectives.Through the empirical research,the author analyzes the effect of geographical practice activities on the cultivation of high school students' geographical key competences.The results are as follow:(1)This paper discusses the composition of geographical key competences and analyzes the relationship with geographical practice activities.Geographical key competences include geography core knowledge-"human relations" as the main line;geography basic ability-the utilization and expression ability of map;geography key method-integrated regional analysis method,spatial analysis method;Core Ideas-Harmonious Development View of Man and Nature;Geographical Essential Quality_Family Feelings.The relationship between geographical key competences and geographical practice:Geographical practice is a powerful way to achieve the goal of cultivating geographical key competences,and geographical key competences provides the direction for the design of geography practice.(2)This paper investigates the implementation of high school geography practice and the status quo of high school students' geographical key competences by using questionnaire method.It is found that high school students' geographical key competences is not high,the design,executive power and the evaluation of geographical practice is simple.(3)Geographic practice activities need to follow the principles of design:design activities to return to life,to reflect the individuality of students,to be interesting and cooperative.Designing geography practice includes a series of procedures as followed:to determine the task of teaching and design the theme of geographical practice;to determine the type;the implementation of specific recommendations and evaluation of geographical practice.In the process of designing geography practice,it is necessary to pay attention to some matters,including preparation work,safety education,completion time of practice,physical exercise and so on.Based on this,the author focuses on geographical key competences to design typical cases of practical activities,which is based on the practice of geography core knowledge-geography photography interpretation,practice based on the ability of map application training-I am a navigator,based on the practice of geographical key training activities,including based on regional comprehensive analysis of the practice of training-The development of hometown and the practice of training based on the spatial analysis of the practice ?eye-catching,based on the harmonious development of human and harmonious activities-to find a harmonious voice and creative small hand,based on the feelings of-amily activities to cultivate-to find the most beautiful.(4)The results show that the practice of geographical practice activities can effectively cultivate students' geographical key competences and have obvious effect on the cultivation of map utilization ability and little effect on the cultivation of geographical quality.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the cultivation of students' geographical key competences in the practice of geography practice:careful design,highlighting the pertinence of geographical practice activities;effective organization,improving the efficiency of geographical practice activities;rational evaluation,optimizing geographical practice activities.In addition,the cultivation of high school students' geographical key competences needs to not only establish long-term cultivation of the necessary quality of geography-the feelings of native land emotion,but also develop the basic ability of geography-the map utilization ability,as far as possible through the implementation of geographical practice.
