In 2017,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)".In order to implement the fundamental tasks of practicing Liede people,we strive to explore the unique value of geography curriculum for people's all-round development.The curriculum standards propose a coordination concept.Regional cognition,comprehensive thinking,and geographical practice are the core literacy of the four major geography disciplines.With the introduction of the new curriculum standard,the core literacy of geographical practice has gradually attracted the attention of the majority of geography education researchers and workers.How to cultivate students' geographical practice more efficiently and with high quality through geographical practice activities has become one of the hot topics.At the same time,due to the constraints of traditional test-oriented teaching concepts,the status quo of geographic practice training is generally unsatisfactory.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors and training mode of geography practice is of great significance for the implementation of new curriculum standards and the promotion of geography education development.Firstly,this paper sorts out the concept,connotation,influencing factors and structure types of geo-practical power by referring to the research literatures on geo-practical power at home and abroad,and defines the concept and type of geo-practice power based on its own understanding.According to the ternary interaction determinism,the factors affecting the geographical practice power are analyzed from the three dimensions of students,environment and behavior,and the national geography teachers and the second-year students of 6 high schools in Shanghai(the total number of valid samples is 617)Research on the influencing factors of geographic practice.Through the data analysis of the survey results,the eight impacts of geographic practice are summarized:teaching philosophy,teaching quality,teaching resources,individual students,management strength,teacher strength,subject nature,and curriculum.Based on this,eight subsystems of the geophysical training model were established.After investigating and analyzing the influencing factors of geo-practical power from an objective perspective,further research on the cultivation of practical forces from a subjective perspective,through the analysis of the survey data,found that the current geography practice training has the following problems:insufficient time schedule Shortage of activity time;lack of funds for school activities,resulting in imperfect infrastructure;students' stress in classwork,resulting in insufficient time and energy for extracurricular activities;different regional teaching environments,resulting in significant differences in frequency and quality of activities;Higher,but the implementation is not satisfactory;students can correctly recognize the importance of geographic practice,but limited to fewer practical opportunities,fail to achieve the expected level of geographic practice;students' geography experiment ability,geographic investigation and research ability,and geographic observation ability level not tall.Secondly,combined with the causal feedback loop analysis method of system dynamics,the relationship between the eight system structures of the geographic practice training mode and the influencing factors within the system is analyzed.According to the system structure,the model flow graph,variables and parameters are established,and the system dynamics model of the geophysical training model is constructed.The computer simulation of the system model structure is carried out by using Vensim software.The simulation analysis method is used to judge the influence of key influencing factors on the level of geography practice training,and to determine the objects and targets that educational researchers and workers focus on in the future teaching research process..Applying the geo-practical training model to the case study of the geographical practice training program of Shanghai Qibao Middle School,further verifying the feasibility and operability of the model.Finally,combined with the author's teaching experience,geography practice training status,geography practice training mode system dynamics simulation and case analysis results,based on high school students geography practice training mode system,from the application and development of teaching resources,activity design innovation and Starting from the four directions of reform,improvement of teachers'quality and training,planning and implementation of geography curriculum,the integration of nine teaching strategies.They are:follow the trend of the times,cite high technology;pay attention to the network platform,use multimedia equipment;integrate teaching resources,improve the practice base;innovate teaching methods,innovate teaching design;learn from STEAM education model,interdisciplinary knowledge integration;strengthen college teachers Core literacy learning;strengthen front-line teacher training;implement geography practice training,rationally plan class hours;pay attention to students' geography quality education,step-by-step curriculum.This paper studies the geophysical training model through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,making the research more thorough and persuasive.The innovation lies in the application of system dynamics in the field of geography education,providing new ideas and new methods for geography education research.
