Research purposes:Human development in the process of evolution of the natural formation of the walk,run,jump,vote and other sports,and sprint as a run,with its long-term success as one of the long track and field competition.In the teaching and training of sprint technology often used a variety of specialized exercises,it can improve the students or athletes muscle body feel,the establishment of the correct concept of technical action and the development of local muscle strength.The ability to master and improve sprint technology,improve the ability to run,or as a specialized preparation activities can receive very good results.Therefore,according to the characteristics of sprint and the characteristics of the action structure,the technical status and physical quality of the students or athletes,the purpose of selecting more effective and targeted correct sprinting special practice is an important way to improve the quality and training effect of sprint Links,small step is one of the commonly used specialized exercises.But in recent years often see young athletes in the training of ankle injury,Wei feet and calf muscle spasm and so on,so this article will be on these issues and the reasons for these problems in-depth study.Research methods:This paper takes the athletes of Shaanxi province as a research object with 15 athletes from the track and field training center of Shaanxi province,the middle school affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University and the Xi'an Gaoxin NO.1 High School.Using the literature,video analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,expert interviews and logical analysis methods and other research methods.This paper analyzes the actual situation of the 12 to 14-year-old teenage dash training,finds out the problems,finds the consequences of these problems,finds out the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward some feasible opinions and suggestions.Research result:The study shows that young athletes' early sprint teaching training,due to the teaching ability of coaches and adolescent athletes to accept,understand the technical ability and training conditions and many other factors,resulting in 12 to 14-year-old youth athletes training,neglect of comprehensive preparation and Comprehensive training to go too much emphasis on the trickle to run this sprint special training,there have been 12 to 14-year-old athletes in the running leg forward kick,athletes left and right arm and other arm problems,the athletes deliberately backwards And the body before the lie and so on.These will lead to the following problems and sports injuries of young athletes and adverse effects on the future.Analysis conclusion:(1)12 to 14 age group of young people's bones are in the growth and development stage.Skeletal existence of small bone hardness,flexibility,easy to deformation and other characteristics,if too much practice in this stage or a small step to practice the small step running,will make the local bearing too large,the long run,resulting in calf and ankle joint bones Deformed,resulting in skeletal development is not normal.(2)Practice small steps to produce erroneous action or excessive practice Pa Pa small step,will make the calf gastrocnemius and soleus muscle contraction,young people after the calf muscles can not continue to bear such a load,likely to cause muscle deformity,Resulting in 12 to 14 years old athletes muscle(skeletal muscle)development is not normal.(3)Long-term short striding or too practice to practice the short striding,the youth of the local sports load beyond the body to bear the scope or limit,it is possible to make the body movement of young people damage,it is difficult to carry out the next exercise training,Eventually in a very short period of time prematurely stop sports training,leading to athletes early career premature decline.(4)Long-term training of 12 to 14-year-old athletes for small-scale training and excessive practice of small ground,resulting in athletes may be difficult to carry out other special options.As the small step mainly for the sprint to play,this will lead to young athletes in the future difficult to engage in long-distance running,high jump,walking and other types of ball games,affect the youth life-long career.
