Short tennis training content is rich and colorful,the training method is scientific and effective,very suitable for children's growth and development,but also to improve children's intelligence,non-intellectual factors are positive.The intervention of the core forces also plays a positive role in promoting the physical and physical fitness of children.However,foreign scholars and domestic on this aspect of the experimental study is really less.Objective:To explore the effect of core force intervention on children's 7-9 year old children learning short tennis,physical fitness and positive and rear hand batting techniques,and provide experimental basis for reasonable core strength training for children aged 7-9 years who study short tennis.Methods:This paper mainly uses the literature data,mathematical statistics and experimental method,selected 36(20 girls,16 boys)7-9 year-old children as the subjects,mainly to explore the core strength of the short tennis ball Experimental study of technology.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(the first group)and the control group(the second group),each group of 18 people,including 10 girls,8 boys.This experiment is divided into two stages,the first stage of learning tennis front and back shot technology,plus the traditional strength training;the second stage is to consolidate the positive and rear hand batting technology,while the first group plus the core strength of the training,Group two plus traditional strength training.Before the start of this experiment,at the end of the first phase and the second phase,the indicators were tested at the end of the second phase,respectively test the indicators,among them,physical fitness indicators include:vital capacity,50-meter sprint,seat flexion,1-point rope skipping,1-minute sit-ups and the eyes closed to stand 6 physical fitness;tennis skills indicators include:forehand hit the ball stability,backhand shooting stability,forehand hit the ball speed and backhand ball speed;core strength indicators include:curved arm support and oblique.Comparison of the test results of the indicators,to explore the core strength of the 7-9 year-old children's physical fitness and tennis batting skills.Results:(1)After the first stage,there was no significant difference between the first group and the second group in terms of physical quality,tennis technique and core strength.(2)Compared before experiment and after the first stage,the first group,the second group of physical quality has improved,but no significant difference;(3)After the end of the second stage,the first group and the second group of seat flexion index no significant difference,but the lung capacity,50 meters sprint run,1 minute rope skipping,1 minute sit-ups and feet closed eyes standing(P<0.05).The indexes of the first and second groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the first and second groups(P<0.05)(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the first group and the second group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the first group and the second group(P<0.01).(4)After the end of the second stage,the first group of physical fitness,tennis skills and core strength were significantly different(P<0.05),and 50 m sprint,1 minute sit-ups(P<0.01).The second group was superior in physical fitness(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),tennis skills and core strength were no significant differences.The main conclusions:(1)The core strength training for children aged 7-9 years of learning short tennis ball technology to promote the role.(2)Core strength training improves the physical quality of the subject,especially children's balance,sensitivity,coordination to enhance the more significant.(3)The core of the intervention of the tennis front and back against the stability of the ball and the backhand ball hit the ball have played an important role,the impact of the stability of the forehand is greater than the impact on the stability of the backhand hit,the impact of the ball on the forehand is greater than the impact on the backhand ball speed.
