Research On The Management Mechanism Of College Students' Social Practice

College students' social practice is an important part of the higher education of socialism with Chinese characteristics,general secretary of the Xi JinPing speech at the session of the national ideological and political work in colleges and universities,is clear about the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate first-class talents and creative talents,build first-class university,the important role in the process of first class discipline,and education of college students through social practice and exercise,the growth ability talents,to enhance the commitment,improve the comprehensive qualities,so as to promote the circulation of conscience in colleges and universities,the style of study of social ethos.It further illustrates the importance and irreplaceability of college students' social practice.The drawbacks of the talent training under the exam-oriented education system,the one-child policy formation of the college students' personality problems,the trend of the network to the Internet,these changes are for colleges and universities in the management of college students' social practice creates new problems.How to deal with the problem because of the situation,the new problem is the situation that the university management needs to face.This study four class object to participate in social practice of college students: students groups,group study system of the teachers and students,project for the teachers,the cooperation unit,through to the four types of objects in total survey and interview,and the related literature at home and abroad of reading and thinking,to further understand current problems of college students' social practice management and feasibility stronger solution proposal.At present,the college students' social practice due to the popularity of less significance for activities and group learning system work efficiency is low,the teachers and the cooperation unit management such as unclear responsibility consciousness is undeserved,work existence social practice meaning and do not have a unified consciousness of problems,mainly for college students to participate in social practice activities of enthusiasm is not high;Second,since the relevant evaluation,project instruction teachers' management,recruitment management and daily operation system is not sound,leading to social practice work problems,both college students and group learning system work of teachers and students,teachers and the cooperation unit or items,all have their respective is difficult to solve the difficulties,and thus reduce the participation of college students' social practice;In addition,in security,the feedback mechanism of college students,the teachers and the cooperation unit of team building and training system of rights and interests protection system is not perfect,and noticeable problems in college students' social practice management;Finally,the deficiency of innovation consciousness and related promotion measures is also in urgent need of improvement.For example,because of the outdated propaganda work mechanism,the mainstream position of college students cannot be penetrated.However,the practice content form,college students' humanistic care,scientific and reasonable incentive and other innovation,the lack of promotion mechanism are more common problems.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to construct and improve the related management methods through the four perspectives of college students,college students,guidance teachers and cooperative units.First,to the contemporary students as the basis,to grasp the "Internet +" and "personalized," to create "Internet + social practice" service and humanistic care mechanism for the gripper,trying to manage work closely linked to each other in these two themes;Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of daily management and operation mechanism.Through strengthening the management team and training system construction,creating a good working atmosphere,the system of assessment and evaluation,the management system of the person in charge and the protection mechanism of rights and interests should be improved with The Times.Thirdly,to project teachers into strength,through teachers team construction,guiding mechanism of communication between teachers and students and scientific incentive mechanism and relevant measures for the administration of the establishment of further enhance the education of the college students' social practice effect;Fourthly,with the cooperation unit,strengthen the cooperation unit in setting up responsibility consciousness,to the social practice of college students by college students' social practice daily process management,recruitment examination should participate in and promote cooperation unit of engagement,and actively explore the thinking of social resources to further introduce and promote college students' social practice.
