Study On The Management Of College Students' Social Practice

College students'social practice is a good occasion for students to evaluate their knowledge with practical behaviors. It is essential for them to improve their own quality and education for themselves. It plays a irreplaceable role in prompting students to understand the social and the country, increasing their abilities and contributing to the society.In recent years, with the effort of all aspects, social management system formed a good pattern of clearer management concept, more variety forms of management, more standardized administrative procedures, more scientific management". This pattern laid a solid foundation for the rapid social practice of college students. But, at the same time, there are still many problems existing in the management of innovation and development, management performance, management channel construction, public participation in management, management team building. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a further study of social practice management.As to this issue on the study of the social practice management, there some aspects need to take into considerations. Firstly, it is necessary for us to fully make a reference from the practice management of Marxist theory, Marxist theory on the comprehensive development, the quality of education theory and the theory advanced theory of management by objectives to continuously improve the management theory of social practice level. Secondly, It is also one of the best ways to make a reference from foreign experience in management of social practice, especially in service learning and community volunteers. These two major overseas management models have some enlightenment to our country, such as, making effort for government support, playing a role in the community, establishing relevant programs and improving the evaluation system and so on.Based on the above study, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and reflection:conducting the launching of innovative practice models; building a dynamic monitoring system; strengthen the building of management team; creating an atmosphere of public participation and establishing a long-term management mechanism.
