Research On The Social Practice Of College Students From The Perspective Of Goal Management

Since the1980s, social practice of college students has developed for more than30years. Many scholars have done a lot of researches on it. However, there exist all kinds of problems during the process of the college students’ social practice; especially there is a gap between the national training goal and the ideological motivation of the college students in their social practices. Meanwhile, because effective solutions to its concealment have not been found, the new social practice mechanism cannot be used effectively in the process of social practice. Based on the target management theory in scientific management of modern enterprise, this paper explores the target-oriented, people-centered and results-based management style of college students’ social practice.This article altogether consists of six parts. Part1:introduction. The research goal and significance, the research status at home and abroad, research on the theoretical basis, research methods and the focus, difficulties and innovation. Part2:the origin and development of the target management theory. The concept, origin, main schools of target management theory will be summarized. Part3:the history of the college students’ social practice, target system and the significance will be studied from the perspective of the target management theory. Part4:the problems existing in the college students’ social practice and their reasons will be analyzed from the perspective of target management theory.Part5:the countermeasures to strengthen the management of social practice. Using target management theory and commence from strengthening the cognition of social practice, goal setting and the decomposition, effective control of implementation process, achievements appraisal and incentives.This paper is a study on college students’ social practice from the perspective of target management theory. It tries to carry out scientific management methods in college students’ social practice. In the whole process of the social practice, the target will be set independently by the members, the process will be completed by independently, and the result of the practice will be self-evaluated, It encourages the autonomy of the members, promotes the college students to feel the significance of the social practice, enhances their personal qualities and promotes their self-development. Ultimately promote the development of Ideological and political education work deep.
