Good teaching skills is a prerequisite for Normal students to become a good teacher,but also the basis of professional development of teachers,so in the teacher education,to carry out the training of teaching skills is very important.However,the traditional two kinds of teaching skills training methods_education practice and micro-teaching in the current training in the prevalence of training is not smooth,poor training results and other issues,a direct result of the normal school students at the time of graduation teaching skills can not reach The level of the impact of their teaching performance after entry.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the rise of new open courses,people's learning methods have changed.As a new type of MOOC(Small Private Online Course),it combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and MOOC and other online learning methods,both to play the role of teacher-led teaching,while Can fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students to learn,so as to promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness.In this paper,according to the problems in the above teaching skills training,combined with the characteristics and application trends of SPOC,we try to apply SPOC to the teaching skill training of normal students,aiming at extending the teaching skills training time and space through SPOC to provide resources for training Environment,evaluation mechanism and so on,so that the training method of teaching skills is more diverse,and better promote the formation of teaching skills of normal students.On the basis of combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper determines the theoretical basis of the theory of constructivism,the theory of communication and the mastery of learning theory.After analyzing the advantages and feasibility of SPOC applied to teaching skill training,And then use the experimental method,relying on the "kindergarten education activities design and guidance" course to carry out comparative experiments to verify the skills training in the introduction of SPOC effect,and finally the use of questionnaires on the implementation of the results of the analysis,combined with the training And summarizes the implementation of the situation and put forward reasonable suggestions for the future development of colleges and universities based on SPOC teacher skills training to provide reference and reference.After the above research work,this paper has obtained the following research results,the first is under the guidance of the theory put forward a more complete design of the design,the design to meet the training needs,give full play to the advantages of SPOC,to achieve the organic combination of the two.The second is in practice proved that the design to enhance the effectiveness of teaching skills to promote the role,and students feedback better,high acceptance.The third course based on the curriculum"kindergarten education activities design and guidance" to carry out this training more successful,that nonnal school students such educational practice courses can be used as teaching skills training,suitable for SPOC-based teaching skills training.This paper is divided into six chapters.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis,and defines the concept of teaching skill,SPOC and normal school students,and then defines the concept and the purpose of the study.The third chapter is to put forward the design of SPCS-based teacher's teaching skill training.After analyzing the advantages and feasibility of SPOC applied to teaching skill training,the third chapter is based on the theory of constructivism,the theory of connectivityism and mastery of learning theory.,Through the use of two models and combined with the training concept,put forward the SPOC skills training a complete implementation of the design,reasonable arrangements in the pre-class,class,after the three links in the line under the SPOC platform and offline classroom theoretical study and The fourth chapter is based on the SPOC teacher training teaching experience of the comparative experiment,the study proposed by the training design(Figure),the design of the training,In practice to be verified,through the experimental group and the control group before and after the test results to prove the effectiveness of the design The fifth chapter analyzes and evaluates the teaching skill training of normal school students based on SPOC,summarizes the implementation situation and puts forward the implementation suggestions on the basis of analyzing the process effect and the results effect in the training experiment.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,The research work and the results of a summary of reflection.
