At present, as the information technology has a strongly influence on promoting education reforms and optimizing the effect of the classroom teaching, All kinds of new technologies and new media have been widely used in various fields of education and teaching, Applying the information technology to classroom teaching has become an inevitable trend in the development of education in the new period. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education is carrying out the "Three Accesses and Two platform" education project, which improving the construction of informational teaching environment in primary and secondary schools.in addition, the Information Teaching Ability Enhanced Project for the teachers in primary and secondary school is strengthening the training of teachers’ information teaching ability. With the development of the times and the changings of the working environment, it requires the teachers should improve their information teaching ability. However, due to the construction of information teaching skills training environment is relatively backward, in normal university, there are some problems on normal school students’ ability cultivating such as ignoring the operation practice of the teaching media, the less experiment lesson and the new media technology experimental programs, which made normal school students’operant skills in the information teaching environment has not been fully cultivated, resulted that normal school students lack confidence in applying the information technology to informationize teaching activities when face to the new information-based teaching environment.Firstly, based on the references, this paper deeply analyzed the status on normal school students’ information teaching practical skills training and the constructing status on the teaching skills training environment in normal universities, put forward the necessity of the construction on information teaching skills training environment for normal school students. Combined with 《The Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Application Ability Standards in Information Technology (Trial)》, and extracted the structure of normal school students’ information teaching ability, including the operant ability in the usage of modern teaching media、the application ability in using new media technology、the development and application ability for digital instructional resources、the analysis and evaluation ability on teaching and studying behavior and so on. Then combined with the theory of ergonomics, constructed an advanced information teaching skills training environment which adapt to the development needs of digital media technology.Combined with the facilities configuration in the training environment and normal school students’ information technology teaching ability structure, made the training targets, and designed three major training programs and several sub projects, the major training programs including the development of digital educational resources、the interactive presentation of teaching information、the recording and analysis of learning behavior. Finally, adopted the blended teaching method, from three stages (the preparation before teaching, the teaching activities carried out, the reinforce and migration after class) to strengthen the cultivation on students’ information teaching practice skills.In short, through the information teaching skills training environment constructed and designed the training programs and its’practice mode, this paper provided some references for the normal universities in constructing the information teaching skills training environment and cultivating normal school students’ information technology teaching ability.
