With the rapid development of information technology,networking technology,digital drawing nigh.The social demand for talent increases,human resources into meeting the age changes priorities.Looking at the training industry in China,the limitations of traditional training models hindered the process of professional certification.MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)is a traditional training opportunities,maximize the students' autonomy,subverts traditional training concepts.But blind emphasis on the mode line,ignoring the traditional face to face communication between teachers and students in the classroom,still unable to realize the connection with traditional training.The emergence and development of SPOC(Small Private Online Course)give a good solution to this problem.It combines the concept of blending learning and flipped classroom,exploring the fusion of traditional and online training courses,remedying the MOOC short board.Effectively solving the training courses puzzles,such as scheduling is not flexible,individualized instruction is not in place,providing a way out for training courses.This research through a literature review of existing training courses on the basis of insufficient,with the SPOC information technology gave birth to new ideas,based on constructivism theory,blended learning theory,competency-based education training theory,applied literature research,design research,action research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to research.First of all,in the requirements on the basis of the reference "SPOC+ flipped classroom" concept,constructed the flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC.Under the guidance of SPOC,selecting ‘Image Materals Processing Tool' in "Network Courseware Designer" Training programs to design and development learning content,learning platforms,Learning activities and learning evaluation.Last applied,collecting course application by using a questionnaire to learn about course's application concluded that the majority of students expressed satisfaction with the course of study,and laid the foundation for the subsequent development of curriculum.The Main purpose of this study was SPOC for reference training course design concept,and innovating the mode of training course carried out,providing theoretical and practical instruction for traditional training,then provide references for other related training course design guidance.
