In the preschool teachers training projects since 2011,the purpose is to meet the needs of the preschool education rapid development,strengthen the rural preschool teachers team construction,improve the overall quality of rural pre-school education teachers.Plan so far there have been six years,\"teachers\" culture has also made remarkable achievements,the county rural preschool teachers' professional ability,professional quality,professional knowledge,professional concept also got rapid development,the rural preschool education career also got bigger.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature material and on-the-spot investigation method H county in shaanxi province "preschool teacher culture" investigation and study,the present situation and problems of implementation of the questionnaire survey to 141 teachers participation,for 34 participation teacher interviews,to understand their training needs,training satisfaction,and the individual performance after training.This paper summarizes the implementation status of the"young master state pei" in H county,shaanxi province,and finds out the problems that still exist,and provides Suggestions for the improvement of the training effect of the country in the next step.Through the analysis of the data statistics and interview data and study the following conclusions:(1)H county in shaanxi province after the participation teachers for the participation of individual performance ascension were higher;(2)teacher training teachers in H county in shaanxi province were generally satisfied with the training of "young teacher state" after the training session.(3)H county of shaanxi province preschool teachers training demand for "teachers" culture mainly focused on training content,training time,training,teaching methods,etc.,in the practice view training demand is also more obvious.Through analyzing data and interviews,the problems of "the young teacher state"are mainly manifested in the problem:(1)the motive of the teacher's participation is more utilitarian;(2)the selection of the training personnel does not conform to the training class pattern;(3)there is no uniform standard for the allocation of participants,and the gap between public and public office parks is wide and large.(4)the training results should be applied to the problem of being hindered by practice.Based on the above conclusions and the existing problems in the training,the author puts forward the autonomy and positivity of the teachers in the course of the existing problems.To establish and improve the selection mechanism for the training personnel;The three Suggestions are to strengthen the popularization of the education concept of the modern preschool,and promote the improvement of "the children of the young teachers".Macro grasp and helpful to the country's decision-making for training local executives for general management training,at the same time for each training unit training content of the curriculum also has big significance.
