With social progress and scientific development,mathematics literacy has become one of the essential qualities of citizens engaged in social work,since the introduction of mathematics literacy connotation evolves scholars at home and abroad to extend its content from different perspective.Combined with Chinese and western mathematical literacy research foundation,this paper on the following three aspects in detail study:domestic,mathematical literacy over the difference in longitudinal analysis;domestic and international differences in cross-sectional study of mathematical literacy;mathematics teachers' perceptions of literacy and training.We do research by documentation analysis,comparison,and semi-structured interviews questionnaires,and so on.In the first chapter we mainly talk about the research background,research questions and research methods to make detailed instructions,paper charts,and directions for future research.In the second chapter we make a brief summary on mathematics literacy research by documentation analysis method,and conclude domestic and foreign research on mathematics literacy.In the third chapter we use comparative analysis with the time as the vertical axis shows the domestic differences of mathematical literacy.Math content changes through the subject,specific capacity,and separated from quality education,content integration and with features such as life and times.Combined mathematics literacy with domestic mathematics education development,mathematics literacy initially as "import" exists in very minority learn education research field more than 20 years;As educational reforming,mathematics literacy connotation and "mathematics quality" inseparable,"double teaching" as this a period mathematics literacy generated of important way;domestic carry on new class modified on mathematics literacy connotation changes produced larger effect,"three dimensional target" method contact with mathematics literacy connotation;After 2015,the Ministry of education of mathematical extract the six core mathematical literacy by literacy content,which is a new round of curriculum reform.The fourth chapter focuses on mathematical differences in literacy at home and abroad in a comparative way.Foreign scholars' research focuses on the measurement and evaluation of mathematical literacy,they created excellent mathematical literacy assessment system.By geographical culture effect,both at home and abroad researchers focus on different aspect on mathematics literacy,abroad mathematics literacy foundation is influenced by space career rapid development,based on "citizens for processing daily life problem and has of basic table capacity and operation skills" and defined mathematics literacy connotation,mathematics literacy gradually became a capacity for students to get out of lower international test ranking,with large international mathematics literacy test carried out such as PISA and TIMSS,Mathematical literacy focuses on the individual's ability to meet the needs of society.Contrasting with abroad,three stages of development,prosperity,and mathematical literacy have difference between homes and aboard.The fifth chapter the use of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires to investigate the high school math teacher,conclusion showed there is a gap between Chinese mathematical teachers,cognition to mathematics literacy and present theoretical research of mathematical literacy.Theoretical research showed that mathematics teachers should has mathematics knowledge,mathematics capacity,mathematics emotional and values and mathematics teaching skills,four class matematics literacy included;and mathematics teachers' literacy have the tendency to based knowledge and basic mathematics capacity,lack new teaching technology concept,less consider mathematics emotional and values;The main access for teachers to get mathematics literacy is well organized activities and experience from their college.Both teachers and students should have the same Mathematical literacy including" basic mathematical knowledge and ability,mathematical emotion",teachers should also have teaching skills.Teachers are given four advices on training students,mathematical literacy:(1)focus on the development of basic mathematical skill and ability,(2)focus on the training of mathematical thinking;(3)focus on developing the students' positive attitudes,(4)provide various forms of teaching way to cultivate students' mathematical literacy.The sixth chapter is a summary of the conclusions,which is from an objective point of view innovation and limitation of the study,and the prospects for future research.
