This paper is a special study on the science literacy education in Israel.The first chapter focuses on the background and history of education,the science literacy of Israeli primary and secondary schools.In the international context,Israeli primary and secondary schools carry out scientific literacy,education,which is influenced by all countries in the world.In the background,Israeli primary and secondary schools carry out scientific literacy,education is a national strategy requirement and the need to solve the decline in the scientific achievements of primary and middle schools.Israel's scientific literacy education after infancy "first course revolution" "tomorrow's 98" project,stage of development and prosperity stage,the three curriculum reform in the 21st century.The second chapter introduces the training methods of education,the science literacy of Israeli primary and secondary schools.On the conceptual level,the jewish people's historical tradition of thinking and exploring influences the way the jewish people think.The implementation of the "three binding" education concept of the ministry of education affects the development of education,an Israeli primary and secondary school.Curriculum level,science and technology course,social science and technology,in order to help students to master what we need in the future life of scientific and technological knowledge,scientific ability and scientific methods.At the classroom level,the classroom,the second class and the science education center help students master the scientific knowledge,study the scientific method,and develop the scientific vision.The third chapter explores the implications of education,an Israeli primary and secondary school science literacy,on the basis of education in our country.First of all,through the analysis of the ninth national civil scientific literacy survey,pointed out the current problems existing in the primary and secondary school science literacy education:students for science and technology information way is single;Students'understanding of science and technology needs to be improved.Students are less interested in technology-related public affairs.Secondly,by comparing the scientific literacy of education in the two countries,this paper points out the implications for the government,schools and teachers at the base of education in China.In the end,the historical subject is used as an example to discuss the causes of the science literacy of the historical subject and how to improve the scientific literacy of the students in the course of history.Conclusion part,summarized in the article,on the basis of Israel put forward scientific literacy education of primary and secondary schools to middle school history teaching practice brings the enlightenment,and sums up the insufficiency and the future research in this paper,we study in the future.
