Safety is the most important work in kindergarten.The key to ensure the healthy development of kindergartens is to do well the safety management in kindergartens.The ultimate goal of kindergarten safety management is to protect the physical and mental health of the staff at all times,to create a good environment for the healthy and happy growth of children and the safety and comfort of the staff.To achieve this goal,we need a scientific and perfect safety management system.However,at present,many kindergarten safety management system has not yet been built,and the existing security management is random,there are many drawbacks.So it's important to study and discuss the safety management system of kindergarten.This study is based on the investigation of the existing safety management work in kindergarten,and combined with the relevant safety management theory,building a kindergarten safety management system in line with the needs of kindergarten safety management.In this study,questionnaire survey,interviews and field survey methods were used to investigate the safety management of kindergartens in Xi'an.Choose 8 different levels of kindergarten in Xi'an,including the provincial demonstration garden,the first,second and third grades kindergartens.A total of 400 questionnaires were provided by using the self-designed questionnaire of kindergarten safety management questionnaire,and the recovery of the questionnaire was 365.The effective rate was about 91.3%,and the effective questionnaire was 285.According to the Interview outline,we interviewed 22 staff including principals,teachers,nurses,medical care,security etc.Then analyze the results of the questionnaire and interview.The results are as follows:There are many problems in the safety management of kindergarten.Key issues include:In terms of safety management system,the system is not scientific,lack of feasibility and lack of a way to improve.In terms of safety facilities and equipment,there are some problems such as safety inspection is not in place,the safety channel is occupied;In terms of personnel safety,lack of safety training,low awareness of security issues.Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the kindergarten safety management in Xi'an,and combining the Accident-Coursing theory,the paper explores the components of the kindergarten safety management system from three aspects:management,equipment and personnel.The system is made up of 11 elements,including the training system,safety performance assessment,safety management information system,safety policies and objectives,safety organization,safety management system,safety culture,safety inspection system,safety evaluation system,emergency system,and promotion system.These factors interact with each other.Finally,this research constructs a kindergarten safety management system.The safety management system is based on the PDCA theory and the essential elements of the kindergarten safety management system.It consists of four parts:the theoretical basis module,the operation module,the supervision module and the improvement module.The implementation of the system is divided into four stages,that is,the planning stage,the implementation stage,the supervision and evaluation stage and the improvement stage.These four stages form a closed loop,spiral development management system.
