Kindergartens In Shenyang:A Survey On Safety Management

The security management is an important part of the nursery management, is also a prerequisite of normal teaching and the teacher and children the personal and property safety of the fundamental guarantee. The safety management of the nursery increasingly aroused the attention of state and society, and related policies, laws and regulations are increasingly improved, but the kindergarten managers understand the importance of safety management is not correct or not safety awareness, nursery safety facilities the lack of a variety of reasons, which restricts the implementation and development of the nursery safety management. Therefore, nursery safety management is of great significance.The paper uses interviews, questionnaires, field observation, drawing on the findings of other researchers on nursery safety management and understanding of domestic and foreign advanced experience of kindergarten safety management. Papers to the problems in the nursery safety management as the main entry point, to protect the kindergarten teacher and children personal and property safety focus, grasp the particularity of the safety management of the private kindergarten, complexity and other characteristics, the use of a hierarchy of needs theory, crisis management theory, security psychology theory and related laws and regulations, from the security system, environment, safety education, safety incidents to deal with four aspects of the nursery safety management in Shenyang City, the problems and constraints factors, local conditions, field observations, a full range of practice for the Shenyang City kindergarten safety management strategies and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of safety management.The main conclusions of this study:kindergarten attaches great importance to system management, there are loopholes in the details of management; kindergarten focus on the layout of the environment, but maintenance of facilities, there are security risks, the surrounding environment, there are too many factors of insecurity; kindergarten safety education may not be implemented; preschool teachers lack the accident to deal with first aid knowledge and skills; serious, teacher burnout; public kindergartens and private kindergartens in the safe management of their own characteristics.
