The Application Research Of Focusky Multimedia Software In Geography Teaching In Junior High School

Nowadays more and more advanced technologies appearing in the society,multimedia information has integrated into reform in education generally.It has become a trend that information technology is mixed with geographical teaching and the new curriculum standards stress the importance of digitized geographical teaching environment.However,our teaching staff still have problems in applying multimedia software like PowerPoint,such as comprehending deviation,level differences in multimedia information,inappropriate productions which influence the teaching results and so on.And the spring up of some new multimedia software provides a new teaching mode for geographical course.This thesis bases on the study of the application of a new-type multimedia information software Focusky in middle school geographical teaching.The characters of this software--mind map-like animations,multiple edit modes,clear gradation relation,easy and convenient operations--promote the integrated research on informational technology and geographical teaching and optimize the multimedia software education.What ' s more,Focusky also offers a reference in geographical teaching design,accelerates the implement of geographical core attainment and arouses students' motivation in learning geography.Multimedia technology in geography teaching practice results,through the analysis of the domestic and foreign literature,periodicals,network channels,defined of Focusky software teaching of basic concepts and theoretical basis,summarized characteristics of Focusky software teaching,and based on the research of Focusky software geography teaching experiment,to explore the results of experimental classes and comparative classes in every learning stage,and distributed questionnaires in the experimental classes,interviewed with geography teachers teaching,the following conclusions:(1)From two aspects of research,which including teaching resources development and the geography teaching software application strategy,content of courseware in a variety of material design element application processing,but relative to a few of research of the geographical thinking.After a large number of multimedia teaching,based on the theory and practice,author designs Focusky courseware teaching cases and teaching experiment,to make up the junior high school geography teaching theory and practice.(2)Through geography teaching experiment of Focusky software and questionnaire results,combined with Focusky courseware teaching of interviews knowable helps to stimulate students interest in learning and thinking ability,build network of students concept structure,expand capacity of the geographic information knowledge and optimize the teaching rhythm.(3)The problems of Focusky software application in geography teaching:the difference of hardware and software facilities construction regional of Unit teaching is big,the multimedia technology and the geography teaching of geography teachers incomplete fusion theory system and practical teaching and traditional teaching notion,and run its own Focusky software.(4)Study on the teaching,author puts forward some suggestions for the teaching of Focusky software:the content of Focusky courseware design is accurate,with guidance and divergence,the times change and highlight the geographical features of subject design,content presentation should comply with the law,cognitive logic hierarchy,and timely review of the knowledge.Material planning from the text,maps and pictures,sound,animation,diversified portfolio of research and design.Interface design to the overall simplicity,grasp the difficulty of the main content,pay attention to the local interface layout and special effects editing details.The teaching process should be based on specific new curriculum shown in geography teaching objectives and tasks,the applicable limitation of different geography teaching content detailed features,teaching time length,students' cognitive level and geography teacher quality level.As well as the construction of the external teaching environment,strengthening the professional quality of geography teachers,the training of students' practical ability,and the evaluation mechanism of teaching media.
