With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the teachers of morality and the rule of law are constantly improving the classroom teaching methods,trying to let the students learn the initiative of the course better.The teaching method of life oriented teaching as a kind of teaching way around the actual life of the students is more and more recognized by the teachers of morality and the rule of law,but it is subject to the differences of the traditional education ecological environment under the view of urbanization.Many scholars have different views on the construction of the theory and practice mode of the life oriented teaching of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school..In this paper,I only take the problems of the living teaching method as the research object,and put forward some strategies and suggestions to solve the problem,which not only helps to enrich and improve the theory of the life oriented teaching of the moral and the rule of law in junior middle school,but also helps to improve the degree of the junior middle school students' affection to the moral and the rule of law,and let the junior high school students There is a strong interest in learning this course,so as to conscientiously fulfill the basic norms of the real society so that they can better adapt to the requirements of the knowledge economy society and the rule of law.The latest theoretical research shows that the soil of human values is life.The course of morality and the rule of law has taken more of the cultivation of the scientific values of junior high school students,compared with the traditional teaching methods and means,and the way of living teaching is more conducive to the achievement of the teaching objectives of the emotional and attitude values in the course of moral and the rule of law in junior middle school.So there are some problems in the teaching of life.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,the background of the writing of the paper,the second part of the basic overview of the teaching of life,the purpose of the life oriented teaching of morality and the rule of law,the second part is the existing problems in the life oriented teaching of "morality and the rule of law" in the present junior middle school..The third part is related to the problems found in the related promotion measures,mainly around the change of teachers' teaching ideas and the development of the living teaching resources and the operation of the teaching link.
