Since the outbreak of COVID-19,life education has become a focus in the education community.As a moral subject of education,morality and rule of law adheres to people-oriented and is inextricably linked to the knowledge of life education,and it is necessary to shoulder the heavy responsibility of life education.However,in the face of the frequent campus violence,youth self-harm,suicide and other incidents,the majority of educators began to reflect on the implementation of life education practice in the classroom.Therefore,the author to the junior high school "moral rule of law" life education inquiry,the detailed analysis in recent years life education in the moral and rule of law class,and put forward the life education in the moral and the rule of law class countermeasures,in order to improve the junior high school "moral and rule of law" class of life education teaching system,promote young students to establish good values of life.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the clue,mainly introducing the research background and significance of the article,the current situation of the literature on life education at home and abroad,the research methods and the priorities and difficulties of the research,innovation points and other issues;The second part mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical bases of life education and life education in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class.On the basis of analyzing life,life education and the life education of Ethics and Rule of Law,the life education content involved in the textbook of Ethics and Rule of Law was sorted out and put forward the corresponding theoretical foundation;The third part mainly expounds the implementation of life education in Ethics and Rule of Law,Through investigation,some schools realize the importance of strengthening life education in Taoism courses,Taoist classroom has become the main channel for students receiving life education,and students have high recognition of life education in Taoism courses,However,there are still serious teaching knowledge standard in class,lack of extracurricular life practice base,some Taoist teachers confined to the teaching materials,The expansion of life education is not wide,some students ' life values have a deviation,Poor ability to resist setbacks and other problems;The main reasons for these problems are due to the lag in the progress of life curriculum teaching and research in China,the lack of joint efforts of teachers from various disciplines,the complex growth environment of some students,and the influence of exam-oriented education;The fourth part is the focus of this article.The life education class in Ethics and Rule of Law is divided into two aspects of teaching and extracurricular practice,which mainly expounds the countermeasures to strengthen life education in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in junior high school.Mainly from the following four aspects:in-class teaching,focus on optimize the construction of teaching system,return to the student world,strengthen the cross penetration and integration of life education,strengthen the three-body linkage,utilize family resources and community resources,build a diversified practice base of life education,stimulate teachers ' life education passion,and establish attribution dialogue mechanism to enhance the understanding of individual life value.
