Martial arts are a kind of sporting competition that focuses on the skill class.In the martial arts routine,it not only requires that martial arts athletes have a certain high level of martial arts skills,but also requires athletes to have some space while performing martial arts routines Sense of the use of martial arts routines in the course of the corresponding balance of training and stability of the fixed.Coordination training mainly aims at the stability training of martial arts athletes in static and dynamic state.The training method is very suitable for young martial arts athletes to exercise their motor nerve control ability.Through the coordinated training,Improve the coordination and balance ability of adolescents and enhance their standard of Martial arts.For Martial arts athletes,the solid basic skills and balance ability are very important to Martial arts.Coordinated training is very important for the Martial arts athletes' balance ability and special sports ability.This research explores the impact of coordinated training of young martial arts athletes on the stability of their martial arts routines through literature research,expert interviews and experimental methods,which in turn reflects their impact on young athletes' martial arts routines.In this study,24 young martial arts athletes from Yichang Wushu Team were selected as the main experimental subjects.The single factor design was used to analyze the different training methods(routine training VS coordination Sexual training)on the overall performance of their Martial artss.This study found that it is very important to conduct coordinated training for young martial arts athletes.Through comparative analysis found:(1)The subjects under the two experimental conditions(coordinated training and routine training)had no significant differences in age(t = 0.91,p> 0.05),body weight(t=-0.05,p>0.05,height(t=-0.08,p>0.05 and arm expansion(t =-0.13,p> 0.05),that is,the physical indexes of the subjects before the experiment started were the same.(2)The athletes who received coordinated training were significantly higher than those who received routine training in the net height of single foot,flexion length of sitting body,single swinging rope for one minute and the number of sit-ups.(3)The coordination training group athletes the number of dragon dance playing per minute,the height of the flying feet off the ground and the degree of step on the turn were significantly higher than in the regular training group of athletes.(4)The athletes who received coordination training maintained a much better yankei balance than the athletes who received routine training,while the athletes whoreceived coordination training deviated from the number of meters,while the athletes who received coordination training deviated significantly from the number of meters Athletes who receive routine training.The result shows that coordinative training can train Wushu athletes' balance ability and special ability,and also can promote the advancement of young Wushu athletes in core strength training.At the same time,through the interviews with expert teachers and literature reading,this study found that coordination training Which can make juvenile martial arts athletes appear smoother and more natural in the performance of overall martial arts routines.In particular,coordinated training can provide a more detailed adjustment to the overall balance of juvenile athletes and enable juvenile athletes to have a better understanding of somatosensory,visual And a certain degree of sensory perception in the central nervous system.It is also necessary for young martial arts athletes to accurately test their ability in muscle coordination.This requires accurate control and training of young martial arts athletes in terms of coordination,that is to say,coordinated training can help to some extent Young athletes to improve the balance of ability and development,thereby promoting the improvement of martial arts.
