Research On The Role Of Local Government In The Management Of Higher Vocational Education

With the economic and social development,higher vocational education is becoming a very important chapter in national education.In the development process of higher vocational education,more processes need to be managed,supported,guided and coordinated by government departments as most education.Then the government must play a very important role in the responsibility or role in the process of management intervention,affecting the future development of higher vocational education in China.Therefore,in the management,support,guidance,coordination process,reasonable limiting the role and responsibilities of government has a very important responsibility for the development of China's higher vocational education through the scientific analysis of government functions.At present,our country is still in the process of high-speed and stable development,so we need a lot of professional and technical personnel during the progresses of urbanization and industrialization.However,higher vocational education is the fundamental guarantee of economic and social development,the foundation to determine whether China is still maintaining the speed of development,the important factor to determine the early realization of our country's modernization.Therefore,how to better develop higher vocational education is not only an important branch of China's educational business,but also the responsibility of government departments at all levels.However,different regions and different cities have different policies that interpose and affect the development achievement of higher vocational education.Over the past decade,China's higher vocational education has developed a lot,both the number and quality of colleges and universities have improved substantively.Then it is the main foothold and starting point in this paper about how to better help higher vocational education to develop better through a consistent policy and behavior.This paper expounds and analyzes how to play the leading role of the government more effectively by analyzing and drawing lessons from the mature management responsibilities and roles about higher vocational education by the domestic and foreign governments.At the same time,in order to realize the effective development and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China,make a contribution to China's economic construction,this paper thinks that the emphasis of higher vocational education development by local government should be reflected more in the transformation of managing the functions and roles,"All-round Government " should be transformed into valid government,the authority role of the commander should be transformed as a supporter and protector of social public affairs.
