The Study Of The Governmental Role Conversion In The Management Of Higher Vocational Education

Vocational education is an important part of the higher education and vocationaleducation，vocational development has an important role in the economic and socialdevelopment. Vigorously develop vocational education, local governments need ofsupport, guidance and coordination, the role of local governments in the developmentand management of higher vocational education and functioning directly restrictingthe sustainable development of vocational education. Therefore， scientific analysisof the status quo of the role of local governments in the development of China’svocational education and management, reasonable definition of the role of localgovernments in the management of higher vocational education, and has a veryimportant theoretical value and practical significance. Education is the future of acountry, occupation education is the speed of China’s urbanization, industrializationprogress, because the higher occupation education can solve all the problems, so theoccupation education is the inevitable product of social development and thedevelopment of modern science and technology, but also the entire Chinese educationis not part of very important, or the realization of China’s powerful forcemodernization. In addition, the development of China’s modern higher occupationeducation, is a very important responsibility, all levels of government and all,government policy will directly affect the results of higher occupation education. Sofar in our country from the eighty’s of last century, the higher occupation educationnot only in size and quality have achieved a major breakthrough, and the higheroccupation education, has been basically formed covering every county in the country,each county at least a full coverage pattern of Higher Vocational colleges. This papermainly focuses on the development of higher occupation education to carry out theresearch, and to the government of higher occupation education management as themain line, and mainly analyses the important role of government in the development，and the existing problems, and how in the future can not only play the leading role ofthe government, but also can give play to the role of regulation of market mechanism, analyzes in detail the research and mobilize the participation of social organizationsin question. In addition the author also believed that, the role orientation of thegovernment in the management must be fair, supplement, performance principle,continue to speed up the transformation of government functions, conversion ofgovernment work，from extensive management to the public service，from single todiversified management. In this way, can we realize the government science, in themanagement of higher occupation education.
