Research On Government Responsibility In The Development Of Higher Vocational Education In Zhuhai

Vocational education is an important part of the education system in China.It plays an important role in cultivating high-quality technical skills talents,promoting employment and economic development,it also can keep the social stability.It is an important support force for socialist modernization drive in China.However,there is still a gap between China and developed countries in terms of current development.From this perspective,vocational education plays a significant role in promoting the economic development of the country.Zhuhai is speeding up the development of economic industry,such as taking the Zhuhai Macao Bridge,Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao,the Great Bay area and the Hengqin New Area as an opportunity,and these large number of key projects and projects are accelerating.These projects need a large number of highly skilled talents as support,and local higher vocational colleges must undertake the important task of training skilled person.From the overall development of Higher Vocational Education Development in Zhuhai,the functions of the government have not been fully played.The relevant policies on Higher Vocational Education in Zhuhai have not yet been put in place,the construction of the regulations and system is not perfect,and the service guarantee system is not perfect enough.The government should combine the characteristics of Zhuhai's economic industrial structure to formulate relevant policies and measures to solve the existing problems,and provide a sustainable and healthy development environment for the higher vocational education in Zhuhai.This paper is guided by the government responsibility of public administration,analyzes the development and present situation of Higher Vocational Education in Zhuhai,especially the existing problems,and to find out the shortcomings of the government in the development of higher vocational education,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.The focus of this study is to promote higher vocational education in China through government strength and policy form.The content is divided into the introduction,text and the conclusion.The introduction summarizes the academic background,value and research methods of this study.The first part of the text defines the related concepts of higher vocational education and government responsibility,it explains the content form and theoretical foundation of the government responsibility in the development of higher vocational education.The second part focuses on the background of the Zhuhai to analysis the government's fulfilling responsibility in the development of Higher Vocational Education.The third part uses comparative analysis method to analyze the state of government responsibility in developed countries,mainly introduces and summarizes the experience of the German and Japanese government in the development of higher vocational development.The fourth part of the text is based on the above analysis to strength the government responsibility in the development of Higher Vocational Education in Zhuhai.Finally,summarize the conclusion of this study.
