Transfer ability has always been an area of great concern.The domestic and foreign research on the transfer of learning has lasted for a long time,the scope of the study has penetrated into all aspects,and formed a complete theoretical system.In our country,to the quality of education in the teaching should be student-centered development,in addition to let students learn knowledge and skills,more important is to let the knowledge and be able to do,this is the basic performance of learning transfer ability.Students in school during the learning of knowledge is mostly theoretical.Learning knowledge is the ultimate goal of the right to life movement practice.And the problems in real life is complicated,often rely on a knowledge or experience a difficult to solve,this school students have certain ability to transfer,will in the school have learned to use the knowledge migration to new situations in real life,to solve the various problems encountered in real life.With the continuous development of society,people have gradually increased,competition is increasingly fierce.Weak capacity is bound in a weak position in the fierce competition.Many of the students after graduation and jobs at school Learning professional knowledge is not consistent.The migration ability as an essential ability,it can help students quickly realize the skills and knowledge transfer,so as to better adapt to the new needs of work,to meet the needs of the society,providing better service to the society.Train:ing migration ability,can not only enhance the teaching efficiency,enhance students' ability to solve problems,to cultivate innovative talents,cultivating students' quality is essential.This paper is divided into the following parts:The first part,introduction,research on the topic,and research methods are introduced.In the research review,research based on the comparison between the domestic and foreign literature,thus to determine the case based on the direction of this research.The second part,an overview of the migration.In this part,the author of this paper research the core concepts of migration,made a clear explanation;and the types of migration are summarized and explained;also on the migration conditions have done related research,lay the foundation for the following writing.The third part,Guangming New District high school in Shenzhen city as an example of the extensive research.Firstly,through questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interviews and other forms of understanding of the application of learning transfer theory in history teaching in the school.Secondly,analyzes the existing problems such as:the teacher in the classroom.Implementation:do not pay attention to the teaching content and combine students' real life;the teaching content is not reasonable;the guidance of students,inquiry;situational teaching is not in place;strengthen the neglect of historical events.While the students showed:do not pay attention to the construction of the summary and frame of knowledge;the lack of good learning the lack of habit;Lack of purpose self practice of history study;lack of interest.Finally,aiming at these problems,countermeasures are put forward.For example:teachers should first pay attention to historical knowledge,grasp the teaching content;the mutual transfer between teaching and focus;also pay more attention to penetrating between disciplines;and in the emotional attitude can also cultivate first.To seriously study the students' knowledge of history,a solid foundation of knowledge is the precondition of transfer,but also pay attention to overcome the learning set,break the normal procedure thinking,flexible thinking.In social utilitarianism prevails today,should pay attention to establish the correct learning motivation,cultivate correct learning attitude,only it helped to bring about migration.I hope this paper can provide some reference for future research.
