In everyday life,We say normally"Half a tale is enough for a wise man","A word to the wise is sufficient","to blend harmoniously and grasp thoroughly".These phenomena are to transfer phenomena in the explanation.Education psychology circles pays more attention to transfer phenomenon.Therefore, in a recent two centuries within a lot of education psychology researchers analysis the nature of learning transfer and transfer theory.At present,the phenomenon that our history teacher implants concept,methods and laws to students exists universally in the school, the phenomenon that students rote history knowledge exists regually too.As a result,students do not to think over the prior knowledge and to use commendably the prior knowledge .The above situation obstructs the formation of transference ability.The new curriculum are developing gradually.As front-line history teachers, we should strengthen the cultivation of transfer ability from secondary school students in the historical study.History education should give priority to the development of students.Teachers should not only teach students the knowledge of history, in the meanwhile,but also cultivate ability,emotion and the students' potential development.The development of students' transfer ability has become a top priority in high school history teaching.Therefore,this article are exploring a problem that how to cultivate the students' transfer ability on history teaching process.The transfer theory guides this article on the basis of analyzing the influential factors of transfer ability.With the history discipline and characteristics of history teaching,this article analyzes the training objective and the cultivation principle of transfer ability under the background of new curriculum reform in the history teaching of middle schools.Finally,we should summarize the approaches and methods of cultivation of transfer ability in history teaching.The cultivation of transfer ability can strengthen students' analysis ability,generalization ability and inference ability.It can promote the innovation ability of students.In addition,it can cultivate students' historical thinking and emotional attitude in the process of studying history.
