Under the requirements of the new curriculum reform,school education not only pays attention to the teaching of basic knowledge,but also focuses on the cultivation of students' learning skills,such as learning transfer skills,as well as the most important skills for students to learn and change the current development.History takes a unique form and has become an important factor in developing students' learning skills.By teaching high school history to develop students' ability to learn and transfer,it not only promotes the acquisition of historical knowledge and the accumulation of learning methods,but also promotes the transfer of knowledge between subjects,strengthens the connection with reality,and improves students' ability to solve practical problems.Learning is a process of gradual and continuous accumulation,and the interaction between learning various kinds of knowledge is called learning transfer.The process is to find out the previously learned content and learning new content,discover new problems have connections,there is a common part.The new curriculum reform requires students to have the ability to learn,and learning transfer is an important means to improve learning ability,so strengthening the training of transfer ability in history teaching is particularly important in today's classroom teaching.Based on the theory of learning transfer,this paper takes history as an example and collects data in the form of questionnaire survey,so as to find out the factors affecting the generation of transfer,and fully understand the application of learning transfer in teaching based on my own teaching practice.Through the analysis of the data can be concluded that the migration theory in practical teaching in some of the problems,and puts forward some corresponding teaching strategies,and list the relevant teaching case analysis shows that,the hope can improve students learning efficiency and achieve good teaching effect,based on the historical core literacy.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of three chapters:Chapter One briefly introduces the connotation,influencing factors,related theories and teaching significance of learning transfer,which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.In the second chapter,Shouguang Bohai Experimental School is selected as the research site.Through collecting questionnaires to collect data and obtain information,it analyzes the factors affecting the transfer of learning and the current situation and problems of application from the perspectives of historical knowledge teaching,skill development and affective education.Generally speaking,students' learning transfer ability is weak,although they can make simple connections between knowledge,but the overall knowledge system has not been formed.In particular,teachers have not paid enough attention to the transfer guidance of students' ability cultivation and emotional education.The third chapter through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data can find out the existing problems,and from the students' knowledge teaching,ability training,emotional education three aspects of the corresponding teaching strategies,in order to produce an effective transfer.In the aspect of knowledge teaching,teachers should exert their teaching wisdom,process and integrate the content of textbooks,and arrange teaching methods reasonably.In the aspect of ability training,teachers should change the traditional teaching methods,give full play to students' enthusiasm and main role,teach learning strategies,and improve students' transfer consciousness.Emotional education includes stimulating and cultivating students' learning motivation,enhancing the sense of gain in history learning,and promoting students' all-round development through diversified evaluation.At the same time,we need to fully support the role of teachers in guiding the reform of teaching and learning,and encourage students to develop learning transfer skills to lay a good foundation for lifelong learning.
