Altruism,as one of the vocabulary for more and more people,especially for the most educations who pays much attention to in today's society,it has permeated our life.For adults,“altruism” means to be in the interests of others,but for young children,“altruistic” has performances more specific and more life.Mixed-age activities are one of the forms of play which currently the most kindergartens in China are gradually implemented.It broke the traditional Chinese class with the same age and the traditional mode of interactive activities;it learns the advanced concept of foreign mixed-age game education,which lets children can contact with their own age but still have differences and with it through language communication to enjoy the progress and the result.In this study,a public kindergarten with the educational characteristics of the mixed-age activity was selected as the research unit,in this paper,we choose 60 children as our subject investigated,we observe them if they can share,cooperate,humility or compassion,and explore the behavior and characteristics of children's altruistic behaviors in mixed-age activities by observing the method of interview.The author makes a detailed record of 60 young children through the method of anecdote recording,and analyses the difference of altruistic behavior among children of different sex and age by data statistic.Research findings: In terms of gender,the number of altruistic acts by girls is more than that of boys;from the age point of view,older children have more altruistic behavior than younger children.In addition,through data statistics,the number of cooperative acts occurred most,and the number of sympathetic acts was the least;and the amount of altruistic behavior in construction zone is more than the behavior in others zone.Finally,based on the results of the study,this paper analyzes and discus the causes and influencing factors that can produce such results,and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide theoretical support for teachers to promote the positive development of children's altruistic behavior.
