At present,the classification and acceptance criteria for kindergartens have become the main tool for preschool education quality assessment in China.In 2013,Liaoning Province also formulated the "Liaoning Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Standards" to assess the kindergartens' star rating.However,as time went by and the overall development of preschool education,the Liaoning Province Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Standards began.Some problems are exposed during use,and these problems are the issues that need to be considered in the future revision of the evaluation standards.Then,what are the similarities and differences between the "Liaoning Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Standards" and other provincial and municipal assessment standards? What are the basic dimensions and key indicators of the Liaoning Province Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Criteria? Through research can provide inspiration and reference for the revision of Liaoning Province kindergarten kindergarten rating evaluation standards.Therefore,this study attempts to study the part of the “educational work” standard in the evaluation criteria through a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,and to explore these issues in depth.Firs,Qualitative research on "Liaoning Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Criteria"1.Through the analysis of policy texts at the national level,it is clear that the evaluation criteria should adhere to the policy direction.2.To compare and study the evaluation criteria of "educational work" for kindergartens in Liaoning Province and all provinces and cities,and to provide a reference for the structure,indexes,and weights for the compilation of "Questionnaire for Assessment of Kindergarten Education Work in Liaoning Province"(testing).3.Through the analysis of "Liaoning Province Kindergarten Assessment and Grading Standard" to clarify the status of "education work" in the evaluation criteria,and concretely analyze the structure and content of "education work",as a questionnaire structure,indicators and evaluation standards Make sure to provide a reference.Second,Quantitative Study on the Assessment Standard of Kindergarten Grading in Liaoning Province1.Combining the results of qualitative research and the “Indicators of Education Work” in the “Liaoning Kindergarten Grading Evaluation Criteria,” the preparation of the initial questionnaire and the analysis of exploratory factors will ultimately determine the 4 basic dimensions and 40 of the “education work”.index.2.Use spss software to organize and analyze data.Through the analysis of the mean analysis of the importance of education work evaluation criteria of various indicators.
