The main source of teachers in secondary vocational schools are undergraduates, whose education quality will directly determine the current situation and future of secondary vocational schools, and constraint the level of development of those schools. The present evaluation of the undergraduate education in our country is mainly macro, while there is a few micro evaluation, no evaluation standard of cultivation quality aiming at certain majors of vocational teachers.In 2013, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance set up Vocational teachers’ quality improvement program, my Tutor undertook the program of teachers’ standard,cultivation Standard, evaluation standard of cultivation quality, core courses development in major of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing andits Automation. This research is one of its sub-program: evaluation standard of cultivation quality in major of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and its Automation. Therefore, the research on this major’s evaluation standard of cultivation quality is not only the needs of the development of the national vocational education but also the demand of national standard of talents cultivation evaluation in this major. The significance of this study are: to formulate Scientific, reasonable and operable evaluation standard of teachers’ cultivation quality in the major; to establish basis for national talents cultivation and self-assessment for the employers; meanwhile, to offer evaluation basis for administration department of education and the third party to evaluate the talents cultivation.Based on the method of empirical study, with empirical Method, the author, firstly,reorganized and analyzed the present situation of the education quality evaluation at home and abroad; studied therelated draft of professional talents evaluation and standard and Draft of professional talents and evaluation standard of teachers’ cultivation promulgated by the Ministry of Education; Secondly, made field investigation with the team on the companies,industries,secondary vocational schools, colleges, administration departments of education across the country.This research reorganized, calculated and analyzed all the data through investigation, and got the following conclusions: 1, course matrix of vocational teachers’ capacity structure and capacity cultivation in the major of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing And its Automation;2, structure framing and concrete content of the evaluation standard of talents cultivation:setting up 8 first order indexes and 19 second order indexes, then having set the main observation points to each evaluating index; 3, implementation details of evaluation standard of talents cultivation, namely grading standard, index weight and so on.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the source of this topic, the research Background, significance, and method of this topic. It also studies and analyzes the situation of the education quality evaluation at home and abroad. The second part states the content and framing of the evaluation standard through a lot of field investigations and Questionnaire. The third part analyzes the elements of the evaluation system in that major. The forth part sets up the evaluation standard system and index weight of talents cultivation in the major of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing And its Automation.
