In the 21 st century,as humans entered the information age,information technology developed rapidly,clothing,food,housing,and transportation were undergoing tremendous changes.The people's demand for spiritual entertainment was no longer satisfied with traditional entertainment and leisure methods.The e-sports that were born in the new era depended on the combination of entertainment and sports.The combination of electronic technology and sports exactly meets people's entertainment needs.At present,China's e-sports develop rapidly.In general,the development of e-sports is flourishing.The country vigorously guides its development and is characterized by its youthfulness.The major e-sports clubs show a hundred schools of thought,a trend of development and training facilities are increasing.Perfection,and can be profitable through a variety of means;In the training of players,tend to be more scientific and more perfect.However,in the process of training professional players,there have been many setbacks,such as the low acceptance of e-sports by the society,the inconsistency of multiple management departments,unreasonable and unfair phenomena in the games,the survival problems of clubs,improper competition and team members.Difficulties in management;player's individual motivation factors restrict the development of e-sports.This study takes the Chinese E-sports clubs and E-Sports players as research subjects,and uses literature review methods,field survey methods,expert interview methods,and logical analysis methods to analyze the problems existing in the models and methods of e-sports players training.And give solutions to the proposal;First,open the media channel,pass game positive energy.Second,establish a full-time gaming management department.Third,speed up the improvement of rules and regulations.Fourth,the club explores new profit models.Fifth,the club will strengthen the training of all players.Six,using a variety of standard materials.Seventh,professional players' suggestions.It provides reference for the training of professional athletes in e-sports,and expects that the e-sports industry in our country will develop quickly and well and will shine on the international stage.
