Professional sport being developed as an industry has about 150 years history continuously in some developed European and American states. China had set up the first league professional football club matches in 1994,after that, other three sports events, the basketball and volleyball, also implemented the system of professional sport club.Sports is a kind of culture, we should also fully acknowledge sports as a special culture when we regard the professional sports club as a kind of economical entity. We must build sports culture according to its own characters. When we develop sports industry forwards the professionalism. Sport is a cultural and healthy life style. Sports culture connects the destiny of a state, nation and an individual, as a kind of national interests. Inner Mongolia must try hard to carry on and promote and develop its sports culture and emphasize it as an important matter during the development of our society, really recognize its important and profound effects.Before the opening of Beijing Olympic Game. Inner Mongolia must build its own professional sports club if we expect to develop our sports industry essentially .Now, the degree of the marketable is lower during the development ofInner Mongolia, the commercial regulation of the sports culture is still in the period of structuralism. Therefore, in the short term, Inner Mongolia's sport industry doesn't fit to the way to the of the way industrialization .On the contrary, it must be on the way connecting the institutionalization with the professionalism and realize the transition from the institutionalization to the professionalism, at last, Inner Mongolia's sports industry can develop forward to sports, industrialization.
