The technical use of tennis players on the court requires the athletes to fully utilize their physical reserves.Therefore,coaches and sports researchers have paid more and more attention to physical training in recent years.For example,suspension training,core strength training and many other avant-garde physical training methods have been used in tennis training.This article mainly studies a kind of physical fitness training method that is more familiar at home and abroad.The main purpose is to explore the effect of rapid telescoping compound training on the sensitive qualities of tennis elective students through the comparative experiment and the rapid telescoping training method to improve the agility of tennis elective students.The related relationship.In this study,experimental and statistical methods were used to conduct experimental research and comparative analysis of the effects of rapid telescoping compound training on the sensitive qualities of college tennis students.The subjects were selected from the tennis elite students of Shandong Normal University.Sixteen students were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The control group only performed the routine strength training experiment group in addition to the conventional strength.The training was also conducted eight weeks of rapid telescoping compound training interventions,and the index of explosive force in different directions of the lower extremities before and after the experiment and the special sensitivity index of tennis were measured.After obtaining the results of the final test data,a statistical analysis was conducted and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in the forward standing long jump and standing long jump in the explosive force test in different directions of the lower limbs(p<0.05);the standing group and long jump in the experimental group after the experiment significantly increased(p<0.05).The former standing long jump and left standing long jump are more significant.(2)In the short-distance test after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in both the 10-meter sprint and the 20-meter sprint(p<0.05).The experimental group had a significant increase in both the 10-meter sprint and the 20-meter sprint after the experimental intervention..(3)After the experimental intervention test,the relevant indexes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(p<0.05).After the experiment group,the scores of the pre-stroke and post-stroke reentrant activities were significantly improved(p<0.05).Other tennis special sensitivity indicators improved more significantly(p<0.01) in conclusion:(1)The rapid expansion and compound training can effectively improve the specific sensitivity of young tennis players.(2)The indicators of explosive force in different directions of the lower extremities are related to the specific agility of tenn is balls in their corresponding directions.(3)The rapid expansion and compound training method can effectively improve the short-distance speed of tennis students.Among them,the 10 m sprint and the 20 m sprint have a significant effect,but they are not significant in the 20 m sprint.
