| As an important reserve talent in sports,the pre-examination training in senior high school is an crucial stage to improve sports performance.Due to a series of problems in traditional training methods,although they can effectively develop the absolute strength of candidates,they can not improve the rapid strength,and can not develop the athletic ability of candidates more effectively.In this paper,compound training method and traditional resistance training method are selected for training and intervention of general body candidates,and the improvement effect of the two training methods on the rapid strength level is compared to find out the best training plan for the development of rapid strength.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.The male sports students from Jinan Flying Club in Shandong Province who participated in the physical education entrance examination of colleges and universities in the province are selected as the experimental objects,and reasonably grouped according to the pre-test results and personal basic information.After 8 weeks of training intervention,six rapid strength indicators were tested,and the test results were analyzed,and the following results were obtained:(1)After the training intervention of the experimental group and the control group,the post-test results of the upper limbs,lower limbs and the whole body rapid strength test index were better than the pre-test results.(2)After the experimental intervention,there were significant differences between the two groups in the 30-second fast oblique bench press,the solid ball and the 30-meter run after test(P<0.05),and there were very significant differences in the standing long jump(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the longitudinal jump height of the run-up and the shot put scores of the back throw(P>0.05),but the scores of the experimental group improved more.Research conclusion:(1)Both the compound training method and the traditional resistance training can develop the rapid strength quality of general body candidates.(2)After experimental intervention,compared with traditional resistance training,compound training has a better effect on the rapid strength improvement of upper limbs and lower limbs in the horizontal direction.(3)After experimental intervention,there is no significant difference between the two training methods in improving the vertical lower limb rapid strength and the whole body rapid strength quality,but compared with the traditional resistance training,the compound training has a better improvement effect. |
